Tried ordering providing all the details from kfc in kfc app without signing in.. When tried placing order it didn't get placed.. Shown error transaction still the money got deducted.. And when cross checked it showed no order has been placed infact blank.. When contacted kfc authority they said no such order has been placed by the said name or place.. Now tell me whom to contact to get reversal? Kindly make an app more reliable to public. So irritating using the app.. Disgusting!

    I ordered 2 pc chicken + large pop corn. The order specified that i will be getting an extra piece of chicken free. Instead of the 2pc, i just got one piece. I tired the customer care, it does not get connected. Called the delivery boy, he said complaint to kfc.

      I visited KFC on 11th November I ordered a few items and I ordered a medium chicken popcorn but the package where the popcorn chicken was served to me was of small regular size and also the popcorn pieces were not at all as they are meant to be there were bits and pieces of flakes rather than pieces of chicken.I literally got only 5 good pieces of chicken and all others where broken pieces of flakes and nothing else. They should have served me in a packet of the medium size which I actually ordered for also the pieces should be more and bigger as you can see in the picture this is what I have received. I tried complaining to KFC but I couldn't find any means to connect to them I found a few contact numbers on Google of KFC where I could complain them but when I called no one received. They are legit cheating their customers.

        Hlo i have visited kfc gk county ludhiana by drive thru. Currently offer is mint mojito is free with the order of 350 and above.. I visted yesterday n odered food for 390 n no offer was given. Why??? I want to ask you when u are not providing food u have offered for free. Is this just to make people fool.???

          0 : 100% dissatisfied... As during order i had requested for early delivery, but sorry to say that delivery came after departure of all my guests, which was very disappointed situation.
          Many times i called to[protected] to remind of the order, still it was delayed came after 1 hour 30mins.
          Finally the online centre said sorry for delayed delivery and discount will be added communicated to manager of kharghar centre, but still during delivery kharghar manager denied for discount and taken back the order.
          Totally worst experience by ordering from kfc.

            Today I have ordered popcorn rice bowl duo.
            1. The rice was very dry it's very hard to engulf rice without water. I have also added instructions that please add some extra greavy because the box absorb half of the greavy as I have faced this problem in past but today the box didn't absorbed the greavy because the have added negligible greavy.
            2. A lot^2 of chilly and clove was there in it it was too spicy to eat.

              On november 2nd 2019 i placed an order of rupees 549 via google pay. The money was deducted but no order was placed on the homescreen of kfc. I contacted the store manager and he said that it might have been due to bad network and said the money would be transferred to my account but i did not receive my money till now.               We ordered BIG 8 for Rs.475 and I should say it's not worth money. I got half cooked chicken and it was not fresh . We trust the brand name and that is the reason why we go there and this is what we receive. Really disappointed with this experience.

                My name is shruti rathod with my email id as [protected]@gmail.com. On 2nd nov 2019 at around 6pm i placed an order for 5in1 zinger box from the kfc official app. I paid through paytm through my debit card for rs. 221.50. As soon as i entered my otp i was redirected back to my cart where it showed that my order wasn't placed at all. I checked order history but it was blank too. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Kfc please develop a better app with proper customer service numbers and email ids. You are just harassing the customers who find no way to file a complaint

                I ordered a classic zinger burger from KFC today thought zomato the chicken is raw in the middle it's completely pink and this is disgusting and I can get salmonella as I consumed part of it before realizing it's raw in the middle. I am absolutely disgusted and dismayed and need to know how can I escalate this.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have already paid the order by net banking on 03.10.19 & my balance has been deducted but when i had visited the restaurant (Add - 523, grand trunk rd, mahesh, nehru nagar colony, mahesh bose para, serampore, west bengal 712202), then they told that it was showing pay cash mode that's why i am unable to get my order.

                  After that i had talked with mr. Atanu sadhukhan (General manager) 3-4 times about it & i had already sent my bank's confirmation mail copy to him on 9th oct'19 by whatsapp including all details which confirms that its not a fault from bank's side & the amount of rs.1072.51 has already paid to the merchant kfc on 3rd oct'19 & for which my balance had been deducted immediately on that time. But unfortunately i was unable to get my total food order of rs.1072.51 on 3rd oct'19 from kfc serampore branch (Dist-hooghly, wb). He assure me that it will refund definitely if company's fault.

                  But still not received my refund amount though it has already more than 14 working days over.

                  I shall be highly thankful if you kindly look into the matter urgently otherwise i have to take my own initiative to recover my money.

                  Kindly find the attachment of order details & bank confirmation.

                      On sep7, 2019, i ordered through kfc app and by mistake double clicked payment button. They charged me twice in the amount of inr 632.5. I had them cancel order#6135 and continued with order# 6133. They said amount will be credited within few days and now it had been almost 1.5 months without any progress. The store which i ordered delivery was mehdipatnam kfc in hyderabad on sep7, 2019.

                        Dear sir i went kfc ones in a week and the always charged excess amount yesterday i went kfc and buy some food my bill was 356.61 inr rs. And i pay the bill through my credit card and they charged 357. Inr rs. So i want to raise complaint against kfc if i am making a payment through my credit card why they charged extra amount.
                        Kindly take action against kfc because if they are doing it always they earn huge money from world wide

                            Yesterday on 20th october, i placed an order amounting rs 362 through the kfc app from kfc hiranandani, powai, mumbai. I paid for the order through gpay, but the order was not placed even after the payment got deducted. I have not received the money back yet.
                            I have attached the gpay receipt for reference. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              Restaurant name and location:

                              Kfc restaurant next galleria mall hyderabad.

                              What happened?

                              Rude and worst behavior of your billing employee on the counter. Beside another employee was shouting token number. Then i said why are shouting don't call loudly. Then the guy in billing counter is saying that, we call like this only what to do. Then i said i am talking to that person why are you telling all this to me? Then he is shouting on me and telling that we all are one what you will do he said. Then the manager and in charge came he was unable to control the employee. What is this non sense what kind of customer service are you providing i asked? Then the manager is replying me simply don't mind. Then i said cancel my order. The employee shouting like anything and saying that who want your order cancel your order in front of manager and in charge. And that management people also unable to control that guy. Who is he to tell cancel my order. He can apology and he may convince me to have the order but he was telling that who want your order cancel the order. Who is he to tell that? Is he the owner of kfc? And you loss one valuable customer what kind of employees are maintaining don't you train your employees how to behave with the customers and make them humble and polite with customers before training and during the job.

                              How am i affected?

                              Big insult for me and you loss the customer it means you are also affected.
                              What kfc should do.. To resolve this issue?
                              Terminate the employee immediately because the # is teaching philosophy and rules to me that we employees all are one here in front of manager is he and manager are same…?. Then why manager/incharge (Terminate the manager also because he was unable to control the employee) if you are doing international standard buisiness maintain some sop's. Maintain electronic announcement for token numbers rather than shouting/ calling token numbers with louder voice in fish market. If your employee want to show heroism terminate them. The employee should provide good customer service to the customer not like this which happens to me.

                                The employee of kfc at korum mall thane raised payment request in phonepe which got delayed & after some time he raised another payment request. I received both request at same time. By mistakly i paid for first request instead of second & order is not successful though payment is successful. Amount is only 199 it's not a matter but no one responding on this issue.

                                  I ordered kfc online and paid rs 752 online through google pay on 10th september and later my order got cancelled and they said that money will be refund within 24 hours and i didn’t get my money in return.. I have remind several times and still no response... And didn’t get refund.
                                  Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
                                  That was too much of negligence.

                                    Hi it’s a asusual regular day for me yesterday, since i went for an joker movie in rk salai citi centre mall while finishing up the movie nd coming, we saw a kfc my friend let’s go and grab some.. I was wondering to have in kfc after quit long back ago! So we ordered for 2nos 129 combo and i’ve paid 258 incl tax.. When i was having chicken and burger first of al the quality of food is cold nd dry it’s not even fresh to have... So when i’m taking bite slowly i found a eyebrow hair which i found in chicken, as soon as i felt like vomiting 😡.. I controlled it and went to counter and i asked for the silly manager came and said it might be flied and came and sat on ur chicken sir! Is this a manager answer to a customer? He didn’t say sorry for it what happened that moment.. He is blaming customers who all eating at dine in area he saying like it’s might customers hair flied and came to chicken i was literally about to laugh for this silly stupid manager.. And he said my staff al wearing comfort cap for head! I said it’s eyebrow hair.. He just said have a seat we will replace the chicken... So that is al manager responsibility? A cheap reply for the customer not only me all customers are paying for what we’re ordering! We are not asking for free atleast u people have to give good nd hygiene food for customers... We trust kfc and coming but is this you run a business isnt? It’s not fair to take it easy for me to digest just like that for what happened.. I personally wrote this message to you people as well i confessed this issue in my facebook page too.. So we will never kfc anymore in life.. Il create a awareness to people who al eating in kfc without knowing! And il be taking this issue to fssai to look into it for what happened for me yesterday.. My bill no is 2223 and the silly useless manager name is dinesh i hope! D

                                      Last day i went to this kfc outlet at oberon mall, kochi. I ordered for a big8 and they asked me to wait for 30 minutes. I waited for about 40 minutes and still i didn't get called. I asked them why?! And the staff there told me i should wait for 12 more minutes as the chicken is not ready. There were many other orders that got completed meanwhile. Then the manager came and he told me if i can't wait, just cancel my order and leave and that cooking time is always extra and there is 6 minutes more of waiting time. He was getting angry really quickly and shouted at me saying i should cancel my order.
                                      Then he cancelled my order and gave me the money and asked me to leave.

                                        I visited kfc trillium mall at amritsar on 10.10.2019 at around 6:30pm to 7:30 pm. I placed an order of rs.519 and offered my bank of india debit card. The card was swiped and i entered my pin but txn didn't go through coz of faulty pos machine. Then i was asked to pay cash. I paid cash and enjoyed my meal. To my surprise i received sms of debit of rs. 519 in my account. Please refund my money.

                                        I visited KFC restaurant on PVR martkcity mall, Whitefield. Paid the bill using credit card, and was charged 3169 instead of 316. Time of visit was 9.45- 10 pm. Please help ASAP
                                        I made an order on 25th of sep 2019 through the kfc app. The product received was not upto kfc standards of hot and crispy. It was got to the notice of the outlet. But their behaviour was pathetic and dint want to own up.
