KFC India — I AM NOT GETTING MY PF FOR LAST ONE YEAR

Respected Sir/Madam, This is Ashok I was previously worked in KFC HITECH CITY Hyderabad.My Employee Code 03139, My PF account no HR/GGN/26997/2159. I left the job on 28th September 2013.And I Applied PF On 20th February 2014.till November 2014 I haven't got any information for this after that I called up KFC Gurguaon Office They are saying that you have to reapply.Again I applied on 20th November 2014.But Till now i haven't got any information.I am keep on Calling KFC Gurgauon office but they are not lifting my calls.Its almost 105 Days and when i applied on 20th Feb2014 till Now its almost one year.I hope any of the company provide the PF with in 45 days But why its taking one year time but still there is no confirmation on this.
