KFC India — I didn't receive a bill from KFC and money was deducted

Hi

I am writing this from KFC kammanahalli branch. I ordered one chicken zinger and large popcorn. I was charged 358 rupees and was told that they ran out of paper . But they gave bill to all others except me. When I asked for a bill they gave me the screenshot of item price from there billing machine. Also the guy told to call the manager Raghu, whose number is[protected] . I asked the person to show me the bill in the machine but he kept telling me IT issues. Attaching the image of the bill he took from his machine. Which clearly says its not a valid bill but just entered to show me . I can send the screenshot to anyone who might want to see as it is not attaching here because of size limit

Raising this again as my previous complaint was marked resolved without resolution

Team, I think you need to look into your floor managers in Kammanahalli KFC. They are cheating a lot of people without giving Bills and when asked they are saying "they ran out of paper. They cannot print a copy of the bill. There is an issue and the floor manager has to talk to IT." They are fooling a lot of people.

In my case the person who billed was one of the main staff who wears checked shirt with happy badges. His manager's name was Raghu. HE and Raghu was together in this. He asked me to pay in cash. When I asked for UPI, they told there is some issue in UPI and it is not working so pay in cash or card. Thank god I paid in CARD so I have a proof to show you now. When I asked him to print me a copy of the bill if he ran out of paper at that time, he said I can talk to Raghu and gave his number.

Seems there is a common trail KFC is not generating invoices, definitely looks they are evading taxes, there is definitely something murky.
