Amount deducted but error on payment page

So I ordered from KFC app and made the payment through Amazon UPI, the amount was deducted but there was an error on the payment page of the KFC app, I called KFC customer care and was assured that I'll get a refund but it has been 3 days and I have not yet received it....

Pathetic behaviour

Complaining about rude behaviour of the kfc guy, namely Prasad.. very bad experience happened in Hyderabad airport, KFC outlet.. even thou their were enough hot and crispy & hot wings but he denied to take my order.. is it bcz of racist?? Bcz I can sense from his behaviour.. please take the necessary action to ensure the brand value, even I am posting the same in social medias.. on these racist activities in Hyd airports.. and...

Refund for payment

I have paid through phone pe, which showed deducted amount, but the cashier said it's not deducted and asked me to give my card and deducted money again
I have been repeatedly calling them foe refund, but they say it will.happen with 7 working days and it hasnt for over half a month....

Refund for deducted amount from my account

As i went to kfc drive thru, i tried pay thru paytm, from my side it got paid but the staff denied that the transaction time is out nd we didnt receive any money, i paid cash also over there. satff of kfc told me that this ammount will get back to uh thr refund but its more than 8 days i didnt recive my ammount....

Initiate Refund of Amount

I have ordered food from KFC India on 09th October 2021, the amount has been debited from my account but the order was not placed, I have tried to reach Customer Care several times, but I am getting the same response that the issue will be resolved and the complaints have been raised.

Payment refund issue from restaurant table qr code

I tried to place order with table qr code in KFC Ansal plaza, greater Noida. Though Payment (through Paytm) was successful, order was not placed. The kfc person said there is a server issue. I didn't get my refund. And KFC's customer care executive not responding....

Inefficient kfc franchise

One of your new franchise is been opened at Muvattupuzha, Kochi, Kerala. And following issues been found while our first visit.

1. The best combo plan is not allowed eventhough it is already listed in the board (ultimate savings pack)

2. Washing area is too small and inadequate for such a large dining area - only 2 wash available

3. Response from the billing person doesn't met the standards we...

Delay in Refund for cancelled order

On the 27th of September I've ordered online for a KFC on their website. The store from which I've ordered was- KFC store in RK Cineplex, Road no.2 Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

I've paid Rs 523 for it on their website using my Paytm Wallet. The payment was successful and the store received the order request under order #70855.

But as it was raining that day, there was a delay in the delivery. I've waited for some...

Money Refund Issue

I have paid money in KFC and they said transaction got cancelled and I will be getting my money back into my account.
But still the amount is not credited and KFC is not responding properly...

Demand for refund

I ordered for delivery from KFC rajahmundry on 4th september 2021. Order not delivered . Called to customer care. They said amount will be refunded but still now not received any refund. So send refund amount immediately.
Your app is too worst. Your service is also very poor. Try to improve.

Refund/ Worst Management
