Yesterday[protected], I had a bitter experience in your kfc restaurant in asilmetta branch, opp RTC complex road, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Order number: 1378
I entered into that restaurant at 6:45 pm with my 2 kids. I made them sit in the upstairs and came to down stairs to order for one large chicken pop corn and one large French fries. The person who took my order is such a reckless fellow that he didn’t asked me whether it is take -away or dine -in. I also don’t know the process as this is the first time I got into kfc. ( I usually order it in swiggy). After 15 minutes, I took my stuff in the counter in a cover. I went upstairs and to my surprise, all the people who were dining have some trays and eating in it. When I asked the cleaning person regarding this, he carelessly replied that its my fault that I have to say dine-in in the counter. ( actually, it is your kfc people who have to ask the customer whether they opt for dine-in or take – away). Then I asked him to call the manager. He rejected to bring a tray for me and also didn’t called the manager.
So, I cut the paper cover and made it into a sheet, poured the stuff on to it and made my children eat like that. Attached are the photo and video.
Then, I told him that I will complain it to higher authorities through mail and I don’t like shouting like mass people. Then, he told to some lady employee and she brought that tray. But, I deliberately didn’t used that tray through out my stay in that restaurant.
I felt humiliated, which I think no other customer who enters your kfc restaurant should face.

Please don’t consider each and every customer as repeated customers and they know every minute details. New customers like me will also visit sometimes.
Please train your staff in every minute detail as this matters more. Simple communication skills will do.
I don’t need your apologies ( as u corporate people usually utter “ sorry for the inconvenience”, etc etc dialogues). But I wish you will take necessary action on the staff who are responsible for this incident, so that remaining staff will never repeat such type of mistakes.

    Ordered from KFC City Center 2 Kolkata block C city today at 19.19 hours . Billed amount 683 for 1 popcorn (large), 1 chicken zinger combo and 1 burger (178 inr) as take away but delivery person didn't give 1 burger which I found while reaching home. Need refund of this amount of 1 burger that was not delivered but billed for 178 at the earliest. Also, would appreciate if such staff are getting punished to avoid such issue in future

        Hello,

        I placed and order from kfc online and I paid with Paytm upi but the order was not placed. The money was deducted from my account. Kindly see the screen shots. I called customer care and it was not easy to get in touch with them. One of them after listening to my complaint kept my call on hold for 10 mins and disconnected. The other guy said he raised the comlaint and wait for 12 to 15 days. Seriously being an MNC why is tour service so bad. After paying there was no confirmation or anything the website just lost connection and it is not from my side as I have 150 Mbps connection.

        Kindly see this through. Feels like I am being cheated.

            Hi Team

            I have placed an order directly in kfc website today (Nov 27). After a few minutes, I received a call from the store executive stating that they will need not be able to deliver to Karapakkam owing to heavy rains. Note that I have placed the order only after rain stopped. I was told that there is only one executive, order via Swiggy and kfc can’t deliver this order. I did not expect such appalling responses from such a famous outlet.

              I ordered Cob HC-4pcs at kfc behror. The chicken tasted bitter and it tasted like sand. Ruined my Jaipur trip . As a regular user I expected taste like other outlets. I am expecting some compensation for this untasteful experience

                  I placed the order online and paid too, but the order was never delivered. The number shared in the SMS never connected to the customer care executive. Order no.K239W24057 dated 26th Oct 2021.

                  Horrible, please pay me refund.

                    First I swiped a card which did told me that they did not receive payment and again I swiped another card for which payment was successful.but after that money got deducted from another card also.they said it will get refunded within 2-3days.I waited for 7days still no refund.when I asked management they are still saying the same.

                      Hi there,

                      Your outlet @ Garuda mall and as well at lulu mall both the places smells horrible infact it's stinks and the place is sooo dirty especially at weekends.
                      And also the service is Sooooooooooooooooo slow. We have to wait like hours to get our food.
                      And also the sales person, cashier most of the them are soooo untidy and badly dressed

                      KFC was the fastest meal but now we think twice to go there.

                      Very unhygienic

                        I did a transaction at Garuda Mall, Bangalore KFC counter on on 19.11.2021 . First payment was made through Paytm. The person at the counter (Kumar) denied receiving the payment and insisted on 15 digit transaction code. I gave the 12 digit UPI reference number which he said is not valid and insisted that it should be 15 digit number instead.
                        I couldn't check with my bank immediately but found that the amount of Rs 754 is debited from my account and showed him that. But he said he can't do anything without transaction code. So, I made another cash payment of Rs 754 to close the transaction there.
                        Later I checked with my bank (ICICI) and they informed that the paytm transaction had gone through successfully and it's confirmed by the receiving bank (Yes Bank).

                        I followed up several times with KFC (Kumar) and only reply I got from him is that he has sent mail to his finance department to take care of the issue. I am left with no choice but to raise a complaint for this issue.
                        I am requesting you to reverse the paytm transaction for Rs 754. immediately.

                          I ordered the Ultimate Saving Bucket from Epicuria, Nehru Place, However, the taste of chicken strips and Hot Wings was completely sour, which means the chicken was stale which is not expected from a brand like KFC and ordering it from one of the premium places like Epicuria. This shows how KFC is deceiving the customers by not serving the fresh chicken and giving the old and stale chicken. The complete order was a complete waste as out of fear of food poisioning i didnt ate the bucket and left it as it is. My hard earned money gone all in vain. Is This is a way KFC is fooling its customers and earning the money.
                          I want the resolution of the same at earliest, Failing which i will be convinced to take stringent action against the company by filing a complaint in the consumer court and also bringing out the truth on social media.
                          Kindly, revert me back at the earliest possible.

                              I wanted to go to KFC quite few times but I was never sure if the chicken is halal or not, I would like every KFC restaurant to put a halal certificate at the counter so that the muslim costumers won't be confused about it and I just want KFC to provide knowledge about halal food to their staff, so that they actually know what that means and respect our needs.

                                We ordered with madura kfc and take away by the invoice no n[protected]. an amount of Rs 735/ and ordered 8 pcs hot wings, but billed 2.00 single hot wings, 1.00 classic zinger burger . but when traveled about 65 kms away from the restaurant and opened the parcel, i am cheated by the restaurant, because instead of 8 pcs hot wings in parcel only 4 pcs . and the classic zinger also not in the quality displaced and no even little cease.in this event i need a full refund of the bill value, if i am in the same city i can rush the restaurant and explain the cheat.

                                    Hi, i have complain against service KFC sivasager Assam, where delivery executive have keep us waiting too long .My order no. Is 1750(Bill no.). waiting period is over 25 minutes.Very poor service.

                                    When I asked them cause of late they informed popcorn is ready.Before me they delivered popcorn to others.

                                      I have purchaed 3 Popcorn Chicken Rice Bawls and 1 large popcorn chicken from KFC Outlet at Skyline, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar Kota Rajasthan on 21/11/2021 Invoice No [protected] Order No K[protected] Token No 2664 dated 21/11/2021
                                      The chicken pieces used in the above order were Stale and foul smelling, thus was Rancid/ spoiled food therefore we could not consume it
                                      Therefore it is requested to take action against the above outlet and refund / compasionate us
                                      Please note that the outlet is recentally opened and hygine level is not maitained upto mark, which might spoil the health of students and people of KOTA Rajasthan
