Dear KFC Support Team,
On December 11, 2024, at 3:35 PM, I placed an order via the KFC app for the Lake City Mall outlet. After adding items to my cart, I proceeded to payment and selected UPI as the payment method. I completed the transaction through the PhonePe app, and the payment was successfully processed (attached is the transaction receipt for reference).
However, despite the successful payment, the order was not reflected in the app. When I approached the outlet manager, they informed me that they could not see the order in their system and, therefore, could not provide the food.
This issue appears to be a bug in the KFC application. I paid ₹642.23 but did not receive my order or the food. To add to my frustration, I attempted multiple times to contact customer support, but no one answered my calls. I also searched for an email address on the app and website but could not find one to report this issue.
I kindly request an immediate refund of ₹642.23 and a resolution to this issue. Please confirm receipt of this transaction and update me on the next steps at the earliest.
