I tried to order some food from KFC Kannur from the store itself on 4th September 2023 and the machine showed the total amount payable and I made the payment with gpay and the payment was successful. But the order was not placed. When I asked the staffs of the store they told me that sometimes it happens and the amount will be refunded to the source within 7 days. But I haven't received any refund till now. I want my money back....

I went to kfc near Salem new bus . I ordered some snacks and a water bottle. The water bottle price was too hight it's 50rs MRP for 1litre... I ordered 5 items on the KFC app of which the payment was generated and was amount was debited on Paytm UPI app but the order was not received and no intimation was given of the order either by the restaurant or by KFC India. I called there and then on their customer care number they said, “the payment was done, but they regret that order was not received, The concerned restaurant will revert back to via call within 10-15 minutes” but...

I am writing to complain about a payment issue I faced at your KFC outlet. I ordered a meal and paid rupees 454 via UPI payment. The transaction was successful and I have the confirmation receipt, but the staff at the outlet claimed that they did not receive the payment and asked me to pay again to collect my order.
