Good evening
I placed an order on kfc application from my registered number [protected] at kfc store mumbai.
I paid via paytm mode here payment debited but order not placed.
Attaching screenshot for your reference.
Please look into it and make the refund as soon as possible.

I had ordered for KFC chicken on 17/01/2024 and paid Rs 772.95 through Gpay. The amount was debited from my account but not credited to sellers account as they say. So I had to pay the amount again through debit card transaction. Because of this I had paid the double amount for the food.

The manager told me that the amount will be returned within 14 days.
Its been 1 month and there is no return payment received yet. I have complained about the same more than two times but there is no reply from KFC side. Please urgently look into the matter.

I have ordered at and the amount was debited and the order has not placed what is this worst now all customers care executive at KFC isn't picking calls

Today 26/01/24 we have visited to KFC The capital Mall at Nallasopara East location in Mumbai, we have order KFC Chicken Longer with invoice no [protected] and check no 15820 by 20:59:48, after receiving our order we found a big plastic inside our burger which is fried inside the burger.
This KFC franchise belongs to Sapphire Foods India Ltd with the GSTIN 27AANCS5595A1Z1 and FSSAI : [protected]

Hi KFC Team,

KFC is the name of shameless people.

The attached order is delivered as per KFC but it was never delivered, even KFC don't have any details of this order.

This is very strange that how kfc digest it without any appropriate response

KFC selling always big/large/mall bucket on the same manner KFC having bunch of large bucket of shameless and liar people extra large bucket.

Do you have any shame? It was more than 6 months.

The Coupon originally had a balance of INR 500 /-
Once the order was failed the balance remaining is 18 INR
The store denied me the order as it was NOT SUCCESSFULLY Placed

KFC/not the store is denied help and asked me to contact the device provider for the same

I have ordered food from kfc using kfc app. My money got deducted but order was not placed. I have yet not received any update for my refund. Please refund my money. The order amount was 2320 indian rupees.

I got a kfc coupon code from my time prime membership but the coupon code is not working

Recently I ordered via KFC app for a pickup of popcorn chicken and large fries. I have already ordered food for pickup and I was well aware of the taste of the food I have ordered. Today, the fries was barely fried and it was like a boiled potato. The chicken popcorn was not cooked properly and it was very dry. I wasn't able to eat the food properly and I was very disappointed by the food quality.

Food given was cold & no veggies added .Over complaining about food, the food served again was not upto the mark We complained again to which manager was not cooperative & dismissed our earlier complaint as well.He was very unprofessional & was putting blame back on us. He tried to defame us in front of other customers.

After that, We only ate a long chicken burger which made my wife's stomach upset within 30 mins after consuming.
This is clear ignorance of customers'health by KFC and bad attitude by staff. Now I'm planning for legal actions.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order from KFC TC Palya. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory due to two main issues:

Less Quantity: The quantity of the items received did not match what was specified in my order and I was receiving in my previous orders. I noticed a significant shortfall, and this discrepancy was quite disappointing.

Missing Items: Additionally, I ordered Biryani where gravy was missing and moreover popcorn chicken pieces were quite less. i double-checked the receipt and cross-referenced it with what was delivered, and it is evident that certain items were omitted.

Further, once I visited TC Palya outlet and my experience was totally frustrated. As first they took around hour to prepare the order and when order was prepared they give me portion of the order. I took the half order and sat down and started eating. It took some more time to provide the full order. Moreover, there payment system wasn't working, hence they requested to wait and have the meal, however b/w they came and started insisting for the payment. I requested I'm having my meal once it's done will come and may, nevertheless they came with pos and insisted me to pay. As I was having meal it was totally uncomfortable to go and wash my hand and then to pay.
I'm sure KFC management will take some serious steps to eliminate all aforementioned issues.

I have orderdnon 24th dec around 6:12pm at kfc slect city walk when my money got deduced and the receipt i received was timeout nad order ia not placed. I have saved thw receipt and tried to get help but no help provided store manager blocked my number and kfc helpline no is no order was placed kindly viait atore for any help.

This is relally pathetic way to deal with users

I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had at one of your KFC outlets recently. On 22nd December 2023 I purchased a Chicken burger from your establishment located at Food Mall Lonavala

Regrettably, upon biting into the burger, I discovered it was stale and not up to the quality I've come to expect from KFC.

The taste and texture of the burger were far from satisfactory, and this experience left me disappointed as I have always been a loyal patron of KFC. I value the consistent quality of your products, but this particular incident fell short of that standard.

I believe in the reputation and quality that KFC stands for, and I hope this isolated incident doesn't reflect the usual standards upheld by your esteemed brand. I kindly request that you look into this matter to prevent such occurrences in the future and to ensure that other customers do not face similar disappointments.

In the interest of maintaining the trust and satisfaction of your customers, I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and, if possible, provide some form of compensation or gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.

I have attached a copy of the receipt from my purchase for your reference. I would be grateful to receive your response regarding the steps taken to rectify this matter.

Paid at KFC counter, didn't get food nor refund.

Around 2 pm, 18 December 2023, I went to the KFC in nehru place metro station and ordered a 4 piece pack which costed 419rs after taxes and paid via paytm UPI. The payment was successful and instant from my side but they said that the machine in counter did not show they recieved it I waiting 10 mins but they still said no money recieved and then one of the girl at counter gave...

I tried placing order for smoky chicken 5 pcs thru kfc app on 12.12.2023 costing Rs 592/-.

The amount has been deducted but no confirmation was received for having placed the order. The transaction reflects transfer of Rs 592/- to Sapphire foods vide txn id[protected] thru Paytm.
