I have ordered on kfc app and payment done through upi but order is not placed on app

Dear KFC Support Team,

On December 11, 2024, at 3:35 PM, I placed an order via the KFC app for the Lake City Mall outlet. After adding items to my cart, I proceeded to payment and selected UPI as the payment method. I completed the transaction through the PhonePe app, and the payment was successfully processed (attached is the transaction receipt for reference).

Tandoori Zinger Burger not delivered. Refund Delayed.

Order # K375K63785 amounting to Rs 226.96 was not delivered on[protected]. The order was expected between 11:50 am - 12 pm but it never arrived. Details are attached.

I raised a refund request with the outlet as well as the KFC customer care. It is surprising that KFC doesn't share any email/SMS as confirmation of the customer complaint. Neither is the refund timeline acceptable. Most merchants process refunds on the same day,...

    I placed an order from KFC app on 09/10/2024 at 8:34 pm. The order was confirmed and it showed as "order on the way". After an hour, it is showing the order in delivered section. But I did not receive the order at all. I tried calling the restaurant also the KFC customer care number. I was kept on hold and nobody responded. Order no - K765A35583.

      An order was placed by mistake at KFC delhi Dwarka sector 21, Food court, Pacific Mall, counter no. FCC/2F/02, Second Floor on 4th september 2024, which was immediately cancelled on call and on telephonic conversation it was conveyed that the money will be reverted at source. But till date i have not received any refund. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

        Actually I want to tell u that I ordered my order on sep 4 2024 just last week...
        I pay them through my gift card but after 2 hours they did not send my order so when I checked again it was showing my order as null...but after when I try to use my gift card it was already used so I am unable to use that again but I didn't receive my order and also kfc restaurant no. And also their helpline no. Is not usable I cannot call them maybe they had blocked me.

            On 30 October at 8:20 pm i ordered food from KFC Leela Bhawan outlet, Patiala.
            I ordered from the Kiosk machine and successfully made the payment for my order which was ₹681 via my UPI ID.
            The Kiosk machine showed payment failed and i called the manager who was not ready to talk first of all, then finally when i explained him the issue, he said we didn’t receive any order, you have to order again and wait for the refund on your last payment.
            Overall they were just mentally harassing me and did not try to help me at all.

              My transaction was cancelled due to online payment issue by kfc Patna (Gandhi maidan branch ) although rupees 397 was debited from my bank account on 21st of July..
              The manager said they will refund it in few days but till date I haven't recieved my refund and they are not cooperating me..! Please take some legal actions on them as the entire team is very ill mannered specially the manager..!

                    I placed an order for kfc but the delivery never came has been 24 days and still no refund have callled customer care they say they will connect me to a store team but the call never comes. Have called the kfc support number atleast 12 times out of which 5 times they said store team will contact me but they never do.

                    I want my refund of 383 rs now this is unacceptable i went hungry that day as a student i dont have a lot of money

                          I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while attempting to place an order through your online platform.

                          On 10th July 2024, I tried to place an order at KFC App, but unfortunately, the order was not successfully placed. However, the payment was deducted from my UPI account, which I verified through my bank statement. The details of the transaction are as follows:

                          Date of Transaction: 10th July 2024, 17:54 hrs
                          Amount Deducted: 798.10 rupees
                          UPI Transaction ID:[protected]
                          Despite the payment being processed, I did not receive any confirmation of the order, and no order was delivered. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this issue and a refund of the amount deducted from my account.

                          Please find attached a screenshot of the transaction for your reference.

                            They are not providing food items as ordered. They keep it for self-use or say sorry if caught red handed. Latest incident happened with me wherein they did not take the correct order, charged me more and also not gave the respected items.

                            I think the revision to the terms and conditions of service for the employees should be considered.

                            When asked for the complaints book, a notebook was provided to write the experiences. I mean is this really how they work?

                            I have attached their so-called complaint register with this thread.

                            Pathetic experience!

                              KFC not delivered

                              My kfc order #k102k60846 is placed around 8:30 pm through the kfc app.. It ensure that food will deliver around 9:12 pm but it is not delivered until 11.. I contact 2 times kfc customer care number in between.. Around 11 :17 i received a message that due to unavoidable reasons the order is cancelled.. I ask to improve such scenario by inform me with in 30 minutes so i can make alternative arrangements.. Today i spoil my all dinner plan...
