KFC India — Immediate Attention Required: Food Safety Violation KFC RT Nagar Outlet

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Swiggy order #[protected] from your RT Nagar outlet (No 177, Main Road, Opp. BATA Showroom, Matadahalli, Krishnappa Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034).

Issues faced:

Missing items (Thai Spicy Roll, French Fries, Boneless Strips)

Food was delivered cold and stale

Most alarming: 2 chicken pieces had visible blood — this is a very serious food safety concern (I have photos as proof)

I also tried calling the outlet multiple times on the day I received the order, but there was no response.

Despite raising this with @Swiggy_In via chat & email, I only received generic responses and no resolution.

This is unacceptable. I request a full refund and demand urgent action against the outlet to ensure such unsafe food is not served again.

Please treat this as priority — food safety cannot be compromised.
