[Resolved] KFC India — kfc app: money debited from my paytm upi but order not placed. | |||
As i was ordering on 27 dec 2019, i choosen paytm upi for payment there transaction was successful but on kfc app i have seen a msg for seconds that order failed. And finally order not placed. It is about 7 days i didn't got refund for this. Kindly help Upi ref:[protected] I placed order again with different mode of payment that order placed. Jan 6, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Yesterday i got refund KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 06, 2020 KFC India Customer Care's response Hi Gautam, this should not have happened. Please share your concern on http://feedback.kfc.co.in/ and we will look into it.
