My wife had placed online order via website from her cellphone on Sunday, 18th May 2025 around 8:30 PM IST.
Online UPI payment was done however order was NOT successfully placed. Amount got deducted from my account for amount Rs. 694.25.
When we spoke to centralized customer care executive, complain was registered under my wife name [Renuka Sharma].
We were being told that someone from the concerned team will get back to us or amount would be reversed however nothing has happened so far.
We even visited KFC outlet in Kopar Khairane, Navi-Mumbai and store person confirmed no orders were received from and I was asked to place another order.

I would sincerely request you to please initiate the reversal process for online UPI payment made whose details are as below.
• Online UPI payment made from : HDFC Bank with Paytm as payment gateway
• Online payment made to : Sapphire Foods India Limited

I also contacted Pradnya Bhuvad [+91-[protected]] for Payment reversal but no assistance has been provided so far.
