KFC India — KFC not delivered

My kfc order #k102k60846 is placed around 8:30 pm through the kfc app.. It ensure that food will deliver around 9:12 pm but it is not delivered until 11.. I contact 2 times kfc customer care number in between.. Around 11 :17 i received a message that due to unavoidable reasons the order is cancelled.. I ask to improve such scenario by inform me with in 30 minutes so i can make alternative arrangements.. Today i spoil my all dinner plan
