I placed an online order from the KFC Tilak Nagar outlet on 4th June 2025 via the KFC App. While I correctly entered my written delivery address as Tagore Garden, the KFC app automatically assigned the map location to Pacific Mall, which is incorrect and not my intended address.
As soon as I noticed this, I contacted the KFC Tilak Nagar outlet. They connected me with the delivery executive, to whom I politely explained the situation and requested delivery to the correct address. However, the delivery executive refused to deliver the order, even though Tagore Garden is quite close to Pacific Mall.
As a result, I did not receive the food I had paid for.
I also attempted to raise this issue via the KFC India customer support website (https://feedback.kfcindia.co.in), but the site was not working properly. It showed errors and would not allow me to submit the complaint form, making it impossible to report the issue through the official channel.
This incident has caused me inconvenience and reflects poorly on KFC’s delivery system and customer support services. The root cause was a technical glitch in the app, not a customer error.
