KFC India — Money is not refunded

I had ordered food on dated July 15, 2022 . I made online payment (Net Banking) of Rs 970 .

After the order got placed and after few minutes I get a call from the store saying that the order is cancelled by the Airoli store since it is faraway from the delivery location, though the Airoli store location was by default got selected.

When I asked about refund of money to boy who made call for cancellation, he said that money will be refunded within 48 hours and also as per the KFC App instruction money will be refunded within 7 - 10 days today is 9th day from the date of placing order. Money is not yet refunded.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my money asap. First time I was going to try and taste KFC food but got disappointed with this. It was a very bad experience.
I request you to refund my money on urgent basis.
