KFC India — My amount got deducted twice at the store

Hello,
I visited kfc nellore branch on 3rd January. While i was trying to pay the credit card machine showed the card is declined, so i payed using phone pey. But the amount got deducted twice from my account.
Already i contacted someone from the store on Thursday 7th of January. There is no update on the issue.
Kindly look into it. I attached the screenshots of messages debited from my card and credit card statement and ths issue raised by one o[censored]r employees

KFC India Customer Care's response Hi Karunya, this shouldn't have happened. Kindly drop in your contact number, email ID, restaurant details, order ID, order amount, transaction ID, date, mode of payment and payment reference on [protected]@yum.com, our team will surely help you with the refund.
