KFC India — no action from kfc | |||
I placed an online order 28/07/18 via https://online.kfc.co.in. (Kfc registered customer mobile no. : [protected]) and the order reached hypercity mall, bangalore. After placing the order and making payment of rs 794.57 through my sbi credit card. I found that the order was not generated (Due to site/network error) but my amount was deducted from the bank. Hence i did not receive any food. I placed a fresh order thereafter. It was mentioned that for the failed order the amount would be credited within 12 days. When i inquired with the bank they are asking for the proof that the order was a cancelled one. I spoke one of kfc customer care executive yesterday and he provided me with the reference id of the cancelled order as [protected]. He (Rajesh : [protected]) told me to write this email to finance team so that he will followup this matter today with refund. Two days has passed no reply from your end.
