KFC India — not providing drinking water to customers

Visited #velachery #kfc at the behest of my child after quite some time (Invoice no. Ti[protected] dtd. 24/09/2018) bad experience.

Only one counter was operative.in ordering queue, i had a crowd of teenagers who changed their order twice by leaving the queue. The lady at the counter, laxmi priya, kept me waiting till they finalised the order. Now comes the worst part, while taking delivery of the food (It's self-service), i requested for a glass of water for my child. Please note the every kfc outlet wall boasts of providing free drinking water to customers. The water we carried got overheated due to the scorching heat.

Nothing arrived till we finished our meal. At last, again, i got up requested them to serve a glass of water for the child. Nothing came in next 10-15 mins.

I left the spot disgusted. Not coming back again for sure even it's the last restaurant left in chennai. A request - if anyone here knows any senior officials in #kfcindia, please tag him/her here.
