KFC India — Online Order using KFC App.. Outlet denied delivery

Hello !!!
I had a worst experience today (31st December 2021) and never expected such kind of pathectic support system from top brand like KFC.
I ordered ultimate savings bucket and chicken zinger using KFC app and choosed pickup option as delivery was not available. I paid the amount using paytm and i got confirmation SMS that my order has been successfully placed along with pickup time. I rushed to the outlet just to hear that they dont see any order with my name nor my order ID. I had shared every detail and even showed my order details to the manager of the outlet. He just stood their and denied to support further. Its after all KFC outlet and i ordered in KFC app, so if there is any glitch or something they should be able to help which they denied and simply suggested me to raise support case using the app.
Now comes the main issues. I stood there at KFC outlet SRMT mall, kakinada for almost 45 minutes and had dealt with a pathetic KFC customer support, I had almost made 15 attempts to connect with an agent and whenever I got connected to agent, they mentioned that I had reached tamilnadu KFC support and they tried to transfer to Andhrapradesh KFC Support and everytime transfer has failed and call got dropped. There is only KFC support number so it doesnt matter if i reach to Tamilnadu or some other state support, they should be able to help out. After every effort to raise a case, I couldn't able to do it so now I dont have anywhere to go, there is no support email address and no other number to contact. Hence submitting here.
