Related to responsibility of branch officials

Address:Vijayawada mg road near benz circle andhrapradesh

If there is kfc branch it should have parking too ...if there kfc it should have all items too with out all items why did you kept the branch at Vijayawada mg road...they behaved rudely at parking they are not having proper maintenance...

Unable to download invoice

I am unable to download a copy of my invoice for my order placed from the KFC App on the 20th Oct 2021. The email I received does not have a break up or exact details of all products, tax etc.
I need the invoice with proper break up of price for each item, GST etc.

Placed an order online never got the order not the money

I placed an order using the KFC app. I made a UPI payment of rupees 1063.99 rupees. My account got debited but my order never got placed and I never received or heard anything back from them. This happened at 1:56 pm on 21 October 2021.

Short supply of ordered item

Address:Orion Mall, Brigade gateway, Bangalore

Today morning around 11 am -11.15 am, I visited KFC Outlet at Orion Mall, Brigade Gateway.
I ordered 12 pc boneless strips for Rs.350 as take away. Payment was made by my credit card.

The items were packed and given to me.

When I opened the package at home around noon, I found there only 8 pcs, instead of 12 pc ordered by me.

If you check your CCTV records or inventory, you can confirm...

Waiting in line

Address:VISAKHAPATNAM, near rtc complex

After the pandemic, we r in fear to be close contact with others, but here the line of public is not maintained and it took 20 mins to complete the payment order of 6 person. There was only one counter to the whole kfc branch. We are here to eat not to wait just for conforming our order....

This is regarding request a refund.
I have ordered on July 13th and it is cancelled. But amount is not refunded. Customer care support team is not responding properly. I have mailed to support team with necessary details. but no use. Kindly resolve this issue.

I placed an order from the KFC app on 17th October, 11:35 am. The money has been debited the order has not been placed. I need my money immediately. Kindly look into this matter ASAP

Rotten burger bread

I had kfc burger from bangalore airport on 23th September, the burger bread was completely rotten..after eating I was not feeling good and vomited instantly.. then onwards I was not feeling good and always feeling a pain in stomach so I consulted doctor ..she said its because of stomach infection from the burger bread. Its been a month they problem is still not resolved.I swear I will not go for KFC in my life....

Refund related issue due to technical error on KFC online site

I had placed order through KFC online twice on 29-Sep-2021 and the payment was deducted through Google pay for 783 each . I didn't receive any order and when I spoke to customer care, they said there is technical issue and will be refunded. I received refund of one payment. However the second one is still pending. And any time I speak to customer care, they keep saying they will arrange call back in 15 mins. But I haven't received any single...

Amount deducted order not placed need refund

On 17 oct 2021 i placed take away order of 540 rs through official kfc app using UPI. After successful payment amount deducted from my account but order not placed and error page appeared. I tried to call customer care but nobody picked up. I need my amount refund. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP

Didn't receive order

I wrote a complain before but not sure if it's submitted or not so writing it again.
I ordered from Kfc app at around 5.50pm 17 October 2021 (Kfc Agartala, Tripura) & money was deducted from my account as i paid from paytm. & there is no message or Email from Kfc about my order (but my money is deducted) & then i called the customer care but didn't get any response as they cutted the call. I was served raw (cold in center) burger. The manager didnt not react and accepted the issue and went inside even without solving the issue. This happend just now and it was in Velachery opp to grand mall Chennai....

Not received my order but money deducted from my paytm wallet

I ordered the kfc on 3oct 2021 my order time is 04:19pm...and my money also get deduct from my Paytm wallet ..I already raised a complaint on same day till now I didn't get my money refund in my Paytm wallet my contact detail is [protected]...and debit amount is 413Rs
I lived in Faridabad Greenfield near NHPC metro station....

Incomplete take away order

I ordered 1 veg zinger and and tandoori zinger box. My order was missing the following items
Regular friesx2
And instead of tandoori zinger I got ordinary zinger
And missing dips...
