Hello sir/madam,

I had ordered a 12 piece chicken strips for 385 rupees yesterday through kfc app and paid it via paytm i was waiting for my order to be delivered but i didn't get any so i tried calling the nearest kfc center at guduvancherry and i inquired about them and they told they have not received the order. Kindly refund the amount spent, it's a shame that we didn't receive any confirmation message when we place a order also make the login options mandatory for such instances for keeping a track of things i had both lost my appetite and money it's was the most bad experience i had with kfc.
