KFC India — Order never delivered and refund issue

I placed my order at 8:21 pm ist on 15th Jan and was supposed to receive the order at 9:08 pm ist, which I never received.

I called the helpline number, had to wait for 20 minutes and the call disconnected on me without even connecting to any support representative.

The Restaurant manager called me and informed that they haven't received any order from my end though I've received email and the app shows order placed, the manager asked me to cancel the order by contacting support and later he called me again to provide the OTP to mark the order as delivered so that when support contacts him he'll confirm the order was never accepted and he only marked it as delivered so that he can get further order in his system. Now, it has been 3 days since then no update on my refund and neither has anyone contacted me.

Now I just want my refund and nothing else.
