Dear KFC Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and register a formal, strong complaint regarding a catastrophic failure in service that occurred on October 16, 2025. This incident resulted in non-delivery of a critical order, complete spoilage of an office meeting, and highly unprofessional conduct from your staff, for which I demand immediate accountability and resolution.

Sequence of Events and Service Failure:

The order was placed from my office, located approximately 2.5 kms from the concerned KFC outlet, to cater for a scheduled meeting.

After waiting for over 1.5 hours without delivery, I initiated contact. The delivery person (whose contact number was provided via a KFC India WhatsApp message) confirmed that the order had been cancelled after he visited the KFC outlet.

Given the urgency and the fact that the payment of ₹839.99 had already been successfully debited and credited to your account (Ref No.[protected], I secured the outlet's contact number via Google and called them directly.

The outlet staff confirmed they were "not in a position to deliver the item." Despite repeatedly emphasizing that the payment had been credited and the ordered food was required immediately to prevent the complete disruption of my work event, their response was dismissive and unhelpful.

Impact and Demand for Accountability:

The non-delivery of this pre-paid order completely spoiled a scheduled office meeting which was dependent on the timely arrival of the food. The repeated assurance of an order that was then unilaterally cancelled by your staff or system, followed by the refusal to rectify the situation, demonstrates a profound failure in your service commitment.

Furthermore, the behavior of the KFC outlet staff was appalling. They failed to offer even a basic apology for the inconvenience, the financial loss (non-delivery of pre-paid goods), and the professional embarrassment caused by the meeting disruption. Their lack of empathy and poor conduct reflect extremely poorly on the KFC brand.

This experience has left me with a clear message: that choosing competing food delivery outlets would be a far safer and more professional option going forward.

My Demands are as follows:

Immediate and Full Refund: The payment of ₹839.99 (Ref No.[protected] must be processed and credited back to my account within 2 business days.

Formal Explanation: A formal explanation for why a fully paid, confirmed order was cancelled and why the local outlet refused delivery.

Accountability: An assurance that appropriate action will be taken regarding the unprofessional conduct of the outlet staff involved.

I expect a prompt and decisive response addressing these points.
