KFC India — order not delivered and no refund initiated for that.

No one picked up the call from store even after calling multiple times. customer care didn't help at all they just kept the call in long waiting and then disconnect the call. Amount deducted from paytm. they promised to initiate refund but still not initiated. Please find attached order details.
