KFC India — Order Not Delivered and Refund Not Processed

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order K[protected], which was scheduled for delivery on 02 January 2026 at 05:18 PM to the following address:

It has now been over a month, and I have neither received my order nor the refund. Despite calling customer care multiple times, there has been no proper response, no update, and no resolution from your end.

This level of service is extremely disappointing. I expect an immediate update on my refund status and a confirmation of when the refund will be processed. I also request that this matter be escalated to a senior support representative for urgent handling.

Please treat this as a priority issue and resolve it at the earliest.
