KFC India — Order not delivered, refund not processed

Address: No 115 & 116, Shop G/9, Plot GH/1, Shahdara Sector 143 Noida - 201305

I had ordered from KFC india app on 13th April 2025, 1:13 AM at the location of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The order # K699A28117 amounting Rs 619.23.

This order was never delivered to me and the refund is not processed, the customer care is not picking up my call.

I request the authorities to please look into this matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
