KFC India — Order not delivered yet but marked as delivered

Hi sir/ma'am,
Hope you are doing well. I live in Whitefield, Bangalore and I have ordered from kfc app yesterday at around 1:30pm and the estimated delivery time was 2:24pm but the restaurant manager told me that since there is no delivery guy so he can't do anything. So I told him to cancel the order but he didn't do it.
Today(24th July) when I saw the app the order is marked as delivered but I didn't received anything.
