Hello i placed an order online for delivery through the kfc app at 8:44 pm on the 27th of september, 2023.
My order id is #[protected].
However i received a wrong item in the order which was much less in value to what i ordered.
I had ordered the wednesday chicken bucket which is worth inr 720, however on delivery i found out that i had been sent the wednesday strips bucket which is only worth inr 350, hence being much inferior in value to the original item. The order was paid through by a gift card which we had purchased.
When i found out about this, my first thought was to contact the branch, however, since the delivery took about 2.5 hours to compete even though the kfc store in rajouri garden was very close to my place of residence (About 25 mins), i wasn't able to contact the branch before the office time, also by the time the food was delivered, it was very very cold and very distasteful. However, we were forced to eat it since we had nothing prepared for dinner for our family of four.
I am attaching pictures and screenshots about the order details and the wrong item which we received. Kindly use these for your reference.
This has been a very terrible experience for me and my family, and we kindly request you to do the needful to remunerate us appropriately for the discrepancy in the order value since we feel cheated by kfc.
