Sir,
Location: KFC JTM mall, Jaipur (Rajasthan)
Kindly consider this as a complaint against this outlet.
I visited the location on 02.09.2023 at 7 pm. The servers were not working and hence I was asked to order through the app. I downloaded the app, placed the order, made payment, but after payment it did not lead to the order page and there was no history or order detail showing. My payment got deducted. Further I thought that it will get refunded if there is some issue and hence placed another order and likewise the same issue happened.
Hence, I made the same order twice and payment got deducted twice but no order was generated. I have been continuously trying to reach the customer care number since but nobody is responding to it.

      I ordered 5 items on the KFC app of which the payment was generated and was amount was debited on Paytm UPI app but the order was not received and no intimation was given of the order either by the restaurant or by KFC India. I called there and then on their customer care number they said, “the payment was done, but they regret that order was not received, The concerned restaurant will revert back to via call within 10-15 minutes” but no call was received. Then next day I called again on their customer care number but they said, “no such order was placed”. I have the all the payment details. I request a quick action to this issue and a refund of this order as soon as possible.

        My order [protected] got lost. Which was prepaid and confirmed order. Lost before delivery. It was not delivered, cancelled or refunded.

        Order date: 12th August, 2023 at 12:13 pm. It was Saturday and last trimester paper of my daughter. She wanted to eat Kfc burger and on her demand I ordered food from KFC app. Order was Prepaid, got confirmed but not got delivered. The order has not got cancelled and refunded too. No replies even complaining multiple times over kfc site. My daughter got too nervous and it was really disappointed to my family.

        Please help me to get the justice.

          Hi,
          My name is Syed Irfan resident of Bangalore and a regular customer of KFC, i visited KFC outlet at Bangalore on Mosque Road, Frazer Town, Bangalore on 19th of August 2023 with my family for dinner 10 pm and ordered 5 regular Zinger Meals with extra Cheese (Bill Attached ), My issue with the burger is that the portion of the chicken inside the burger was very very small infact it was 1/4 of what we usually get regularly (Pic attached ) the chicken piece was like a tiny patty no where near to the chicken piece we usually get, this is very surprising - is this the company decision to reduce the portion or is it some thing the outlet is doing ???????, this reduction of portion is very upsetting and i feel cheated .

              Attaching screenshot for your reference.Please look into it and make the refund as soon as possible.

                I ordered from KFC mobile app on 31st July 2023 for online delivery but it was placed as pick up from the stores due to technical glitch and upon call KFC store Jasola, Delhi replied that we short of delivery boy so we can't deliver. I asked for the cancellation. He assured me to cancel and to send me the details on whatsapp at night but upon numerous call he didn't responded. on the second he replied that he cancelled the order but didn't give any reference number or anything. I called customer care they filed complain but they also didn't give any complain no and assured that I will get refund within 7 days. After 8 days, upon many calls customer care made conference to the KFC store Jasola, Delhi to resolve the again the ARM and Manager assured of refund within 2-3 days but still no result. Now, they are not responding via whatsapp. I am in foreign now and can't call them directly. on 13 Aug 23 the Store manger told me that due to festival in india and holiday we cannot process the refund. Now, its 17 Aug 2023, more than 16 days, the issue has not been resolved yet. Is this world class service. I have all calls recorded and screenshot of chats . It can be produced if required.

                Upon numerous call, still no update, now they said they need approval, and still not approved, before they were saying because of holidays, independence day, so pathetic

                  I order from KFC app of order ID #K182W99822 and amount was ₹276.8/-.
                  I couldn't able to contact delivery associate after waiting for 1 hour. Then, I contacted customer care service and they gave me delivery associate number, [protected]. He did not respond to my call and blocked my number. I did not get my order delivered but finally in the order Tracking it showed that order is delivered. I did not get my food order but it showed that it delivered. I did wait for food for almost 2 hours. I did all i have to do. Now, I'm filing Complaint to receive refund for my order and compensation for leaving me with hunger.

                    I am writing to complain about a payment issue I faced at your KFC outlet. I ordered a meal and paid rupees 454 via UPI payment. The transaction was successful and I have the confirmation receipt, but the staff at the outlet claimed that they did not receive the payment and asked me to pay again to collect my order. I had no choice but to pay again, effectively paying twice for the same order. This is unacceptable and unfair.

                    I request you to look into this matter urgently and refund me the extra amount I paid. I have attached the transaction IDs and the order details for your reference.

                    Please acknowledge this complaint and resolve it as soon as possible.

                      Today on[protected] at about 7 pm I visited KFC outlet in sanat nagar srinagar jammu and kashmir where I order ultimate meal box for rs 713... after self serving the meals I and my family start eating the chicken has bad ordor and bad smell even we can't eat that .. my daughter is 5 years old she complained that it had bad smell. I showed one of the staff member of said outlet and told him to take smell as he felt sorry and replace the same... I complained the shift inchage and they gave a page for complaint I pen down my complaint and lastly I told that the shift staff are very humble and kind hearted... but the product was worst do contact me on cell no. [protected]... resolve the issue thanks.

                            I have visited “KFC The Capital Mall” outlet on 05/08/2023 at 01:54 Pm. On ordering the “All Chicken Box” from the KFC menu I wasn’t given any bill for my order. I asked the manager named “Jhanvi Vaghela” twice and the other staff named “Anupama” for the bill. The manager told me that I would an e-bill within 24 hours on the phone number I provided to them. Although the e-bill should be given right away after I order, but even after asking they didn’t delivered it.
                            The behaviour of the manager was also very rude.

                            It’s already past 24 hours, I haven’t received any bill yet.

                                We are addicts of KFC, and have been for years. Love KFC. This is about your Pune SGS mall outlet.
                                The lackadaisical attitude of your customer response team is pathetic. I’ve waited for nearly 3 weeks to complain.
                                It’s not the money but the harassment and inconvenience abused to us as senior citizens. And the lies and deceit of this woman in Pune who’s really incompetent and is in charge of your customer care. Saiyali is her name and her mobile is: [protected].

                                We had placed an order on 14/7/23 at 07:51 pm to SGS Mall and I made the payment of ₹575.99 to Sapphire foods India Ltd. Vide Paytm. No food came till 8 pm and no one answered the 6 calls that I made to the store. There was no dinner so I ordered the same thing from Swiggy and paid for it, which came in 20 minutes. So I actually paid twice for my dinner to KFC!!

                                I called the help centre and they put me in touch with this woman Saiyli. I sent her the bills etc, everything on her WhatsApp no. Till date I have called her 4 times and she’s kept saying the money will be credited to my Paytm account! Am I to beg for my own money??
                                How disgusting and disrespectful is that.
                                In the US, you guys would have been sued for incompetence!!
                                My mobile is [protected] and I expect an answer.
