KFC India has charged an unnecessary round off price even the total price of the purchase has a rounded value.
This is an unethical practice from KFC India.
I had bought 2 items, Popcorn Chicken Large, 1 quantity, which cost 199.04 and Classic Chicken Kris 1 quantity, which cost 134.28. Total amount of these 2 are 333.32 and the GST of 2.5% (SGST-8.34 + CGST-8.34) - 16.68.
The Gross amount is 199.04+134.28+16.68 = 350.00.
But the KFC store has charged a rounded value of 0.02 which is completely unnecessary as the values already add upto a whole number.
The payment was made through UPI, when the order was taken the break down was not displayed in the machine which takes the order.
KFC India is charging small amounts unreasonably from the Indian customers, this is a fraud. Was this information helpful? |
