KFC India — Payment done but order failed, still no refund

I placed my order from the kfc app on 19 april 2022, i did the payment through UPI, i payed the amount but the order failed. So i applied for a refund but still didnt get it. The customer care executive gave me a number to contact the manager but my calls were not answered. I want my refund
