KFC India — Payment successful but order not processed

Ordered food through the online app (Kfc online food delivery app) and i paid money through google pay (Yum restaurant private limited)
The online transaction was successful but the order did not proceed. It just says the order is still in your cart
I did not get my delivery / the order was not prossessed.
But i lost money.
This is cheating. Refund my money of Rs.712
