[Resolved] KFC India — Payment timeout | |||
I ordered through UPI on KFC SEC 142 NOIDA EXPRESSWAY, payment mode was QR CODE. The payment was successful from my side but they denied that they didn't receive the payment and asked me to pay again so I paid. they told me to wait 7-10 days for refund of the first payment. Now it's been 12 days, no refund received. I talked to my bank they're saying "Your UPI transaction has been successfully processed from our end". My bank was Paytm Payments Bank. My account details are: Name - RISHABH RAGHAV Account Number[protected] IFSC - PYTM0123456 UPI ID - [protected]@paytm On asking to provide their failed statement they only provided me a excel sheet(Attached with this complaint), no any genuine receipt.
