KFC India — Poor packaging

Dear SIR, i would like to bring your attention regarding a takeaway from kfc outlet in hilite mall Calicut Kerala INDIA.I myself bought a family pack from the same outlet on 14/9/2021.I was surprised about the packaging top of the box is not covered properly, even I can see some of the chicken legs projected outside the box, i feel shame on a brand like kfc is doing this kind of poor packaging system especially in this pandemic situation.

I would like to share the photos of packing and invoice details too.the whole pack lost its freshness and feels like lost temperature after reaching home.
