Today I had ordered in kfc. I ordered 5 pieces with 2 dippers but they did not give dippers they only gave pieces. Next time onwards I don't want like this behavior u should be responsible, we will order by thinking that it is good but today I knew that not all companies are good. Please improve it.

On 09.06.2021 I have placed an order through KFC app. The amount of Rs 633 was deducted from my card. But the order was not confirmed. Since then, I have called the customer care number 5 times. Every time they are telling me that you will receive a call in 15 to 20 mins to know your refund status. Till now I did not get any such call from them. It's very disappointing being a regular customer of KFC ....

Money debited from my phonepe but order not placed

On 8 june 2021 I was ordering from anisabad patna kfc store and made a successful payment by phonepe but order didn't placed.

It's been more than 7 days i talked several time on helpline number, neither they are responding well nor refunded.

Refund fraud

On May 15, I initiated an order with the Kalkaji, Delhi, branch of KFC. While the money (Rs553) was deducted, the order was not placed. When I spoke to the customer guys, I was told the refund will take a 2-5 days. Since then, I've spoken to about 5 customer executives who assured me of prompt refund. They all said I need not worry and that my refund will come through. One of them even shared an image of a computer screen on which my refund...

Today[protected] i ordered food from KFC through online delivery (swiggy).. Received food on proper time.. but the food was not hygiene.. i got chicken feather from the food...I feel too much irritating. for doing this type of non hygienic food preparation.. we bought food from KFC because of trust...but this kind of activity is disgusting for us... i attached the proof with bill....

Classic chicken zinger, rice bowls

There was no lettuce in the chicken classic zinger. The rice in the rice bowls was very bland without any spices. There was not enough mayonnaise in the zingers....

I received my parcel late

I ordered the food through KFC website and I received the parcel after more than an hour late . I had to make a call and enquire regarding the order after which they responded....

Refund of my money

I ordered twice from kfc app on 30th may and 6th june 2021 and both the time my money got debited when i paid from google pay but order got canceled .
I am so frustrated as you customer service is horrible, they are not responding properly and even not giving me any solution
I want my money back at any condition...

Had placed an order on 9.6.21 and payment was accepted by the bill desk but once the order was not delivered I checked with customer care and got to know no order has been placed after that I wanted to write an email to yumrestaurantindia.billdesk@hd to find the disputes but the email id they mentioned is incorrect....

Unable to track my order

I ordered through KFC app and i was done with my payment through google pay, but when i came to the app after completing my payment process it shows that i have not placed any order. The only evidence i have is my gpay transaction id...

I have ordered through KFC app amounting Rs 634 and given the money through INB.My money got deducted but order is not successful & problem is that there is no details about that failed that order anywhere in the app.
Only details I have is the bank statement in which Rs 634 is debited.
Because I am in need that thats why i have again ordered a same thing with same amount but in COD. Which got fulfilled....

You ### don't even have the brains to inform the CUSTOMER that you'll not be able to deliver for whatever reason. You charged, made me wait for 2 hours and now curfew is imposed. Either deliver the bloody order or shut down the app when you cannot....

Didnt receive my order

I ordered rice duo meal from kfc app And paid using paytm at 10.01pm . I haven’t received any confirmation mail or message from kfc app and the amount was debited from my paytm
Pls look into the matter and initiate my refund immediately...

Refund not credited in my account

I had ordered a total sum of Rs 350. The money was debited but the order was not placed. A email saying that the refund will be initiated was sent to my email id. But it has been more than a week now, still the money has not been refunded.
