Your services at Wave Mall Jammu is very poor.
Really very bad experience with u guys, it always happens, ur staff talk rudely .
Your staff is saying this is not a KFC outlet and the coupon code u provided to me, they r saying is not valid at Wave Mall Jammu.
U gave me a fake coupon, this is what u do with your customers. u're making fun of me, u think im fool.
I regularly come to ur KFC Wave Mall outlet and the same thing would happen everytime, everytime ur staff didn't talk well.
Please teach your staff how to talk with customers. Otherwise ur KFC outlet at jammu will be closed at jammu one day
Mc Donalds is very good in providing services to customers, please do learn from them how to give services to customers, Mc Donald's, subway is better than u KFC .
