Today we ordered Chicken bucket and to our surprise and shock we found the pieces not washed properly and contained blood and marrow when I showed this on the counter I was informed that it was just the spices when I showed them the blood strains after clicking the photos they quickly took away and replaced another but this piece contained the same problem which I again showed to the manager who tried to convince me that it was just chicken as if I was having it for the first time. I have taken the photos which I am going to post on the net.Its not about money its about such a big company serving such unhygienic food in India. This happened in KFC restaurant at Z square Mall Kanpur.

    Hi, My Name is Sreedhar and I have visited KFC store which is located in Sujana Forum Mall, KPHB, Hyderabad on 26-Apr-2015 at around 07:30 PM. I ordered 2 OMG meal and french fries and the bill was Rs. 380. I've given my Citi Bank Debit card and he tried but said the transaction was failed due to network issues with thier system. And then I cancelled that order and made a fresh order for Rs. 224 as I've less hard cash in my pocket that time. But when I returned to home I found that Rs.380 was deducted from my account for my first order which the store person said was cancelled. On the next day I reached the same franchise and asked about this and they said the money will be refunded in 48 hours. But till now my money was not refunded. Please find the transaction details below.     KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I ordered twice from kfc app from different numbers on different days and both them time my order was not accepted after i did the payment . My money was debited from my account and its been more than 10 days and I haven’t got my refund till now
    I am so frustrated from your customer care service
    I am been calling them but they don’t have any solution or they cut the call
    I want my refund back

      I ordered online in kfc on May 1st but first time the transaction was declined due to some error and then again i had to start my ordering from initial stage and i paid the money through my debit card and it was successful. a day back i noticed that bank has deducted twice times the same exact amount but only one i have placed order at KFC so i request you look on to this.
      KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I ordered online by the KFC app on 7/06 and completed the transaction from Paytm but it did not show on the KFC app, i tried again and this time it showed that my money is already deducted twice and KFC has no direct customer support to address these issues. I paid twice and only 1 order is received.Highly disappointed

        I am a great fan of KFC. I used to eat out almost bi weekly in bangalore kfcs. but now since I have been back to Jaipur, I am forced not to eat in KFC anymore because of poor quality. I eat in world trade park KFC and chicken is just not juicy and meaty enough. The pieces are smaller and not juicy at all, when compared to the KFC I used to have in bangalore. Kindly look into the matter. Ps this is a complaint by Most of the jaipurites who have eaten elsewhere but find Jaipur KFC quality poor now Kindly notify me if quality check is done and the issue resolved so that I can continue satisfying my voracious appetite for KFC. I just miss it being so good. (in jaipur).

          Hi KFC, I placed an order today 2659 at 2:30 p.m. The website kfc.co.in allowed to me to place the order for home delivery at Pashan-Sus Road and selected the Baner restaurant by itself. After that I got a couple of calls saying KFC will not deliver to my address. When I asked why the answer I got was "Due to some issues in the website the order was allowed to place, and we cannot deliver to your address. I am very unhappy with the response and answer I got from KFC. It is not a customer's fault when your website allows to place the order. When I requested to place the order as it was the websites fault and you should value the customers time and effort to choose your restaurant, still they did not agree and refused to deliver the order. I'm very displeased with KFC's attitude and response and I doubt will ever visit the restaurant again and I will raise my opinion to all the social and legal platforms for this behavior.             hello there... I'm a 24 year old guy from kolkata and last night me and my 2 friends went to have kfcat quest mall kolkata...at the time we enjoyed it. But after 3 hours or we all feel nauseating and we had to use the toilet often...so we come to a conclusion that it was because of kfc that we all have have food poisoning... because apart from kfc we dont share any food.So i guess the administration should routinely check the cleanliness of the joint... and it could be that we were served raw chicken...which is not acceptable.Anyway, do what you gotta do but keep the satisfaction of the consumer an utmost importance.

                i order at 9:25 I did not get the order delivered till 10:30 n still they giving excuses that delivery boy is stuck bcz of petrol whereas my house is just 20 min walking from ur point, I don't know what happens to KFC now, my guests r left without eating, n I fell ashamed in front of them, I don't know how this will compensate. If this is how u working in Paschim Vihar, delhi plz close this point. Rest up to KFC management how u people take action, I will never order again.

                  Hi, My CST No. : [protected]C TIN No: [protected]V On[protected], at 2:00pm, i bought 1fiery 2pc, 1 ch Rice bowl and 2 Med Pepsi so total bill was 412. So i used my kotak credit card to pay the bill. Counter boy swipe the card and asked me to enter the pin and after that he swiped again so i entered the pin again So money deducted from my account twice. So please return my amount.                     I placed an order through the KFC online order website on 26/04/2015 at 21:54 hours. I made the payment through Internet banking, State Bank of India, for the amount of Rs. 369. The payment was successful and the amount has been deducted from my account. But the order was not accepted and no order number was generated, neither did I receive any order. But the refund has not been done to my account. My phone number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I would like to get a refund for the order amount.

                      sir wrong information provided... We had to go down to the road to fetch the order... The coke in our order wasn't delivered. The manager of KFC dwarka sector 9 gave false information of the registered complaint I.d of KFC and also did not gave his employee id. The order was also delivered very late.

                        Order No - 9518 Placed today at 12:40 over phone SMS confirmation received at 12:47 Dispatch confirmation received by SMS at 13:47 First Call placed to follow up at 14:10 (they disconnected the phone) Second follow up call at 14:11 (no apology, just a quick response that delivery will reach ultimately) Third call - 14:26 ( I demanded to speak with person in charge, i was promised call back and quick delivery AGAIN) Now - 14:39 (two hours from placing order) = NO DELIVERY, NO CALL BACK Served straight with as much detail - as requested! Somebody help !!!

                          Dear Executive I made a call to your kalkaji outlet (Delhi) to know about the 6+6 offer, which the outlet confirm that it is available on Wednesday. After reaching there, they decline it & said it is discontinued today & the person who conveyed may not know it. The scheme offer was also displayed in the site, this is really ridiculous & the store Manager has acted on this. may be for these reason your stores are empty, hardly 2 customers are sitting in 2 floor restaurant. i do not expect KFC to reply, just to aware other customers to take a note of it before visiting the stores.                             i ve been a patron of kfc for almost a decade now so it was quite natural toorder from kfc when i recently moved to HSR layout, bangalore. To my surprise i found the staff to be rude and pushing the customers to buy what is available rather than what they want from the menu. however i let it pass by as it was the first time. my subsequent visits and deliveries carried worsening experiences, v wree asked to weight for 30 minutes n the staff would come back to say they need another 30 minutes to prepare the order the home deliveries were even worse taking upto 90 minutes to be delivered. The managers mr. nitin and mr. vinay were of least help. they just shifted blame rudely onto other customers. if kfc cannot fix this outlet its better to put out a sign saying "order your food a day earlier".

                              Its a shame that a billion dollar company like KFC cannot deliver an order on time.The delivery done by KFC Preet Vihar is obnoxiously poor, as I had encountered similar experience twice in the past one year when the food was not delivered on time.Had to call thrice today (19th April 2015), had spoken to shift manager Ravi and he just apologized by saying due to heavy volumes the delivery was late, delivery was made at 10:30 PM ( 19th April 2015) and the food was ordered at 9:25 PM(through Internet). It took more than an hour just to deliver two zingers, my niece who came to visit me with her parents wanted to have one but could not stay any longer as they had to leave. Really pathetic service. I have spent over Rs 50000 in the past 10 years on KFC products and this is the kind of service I am being given. The shift manager poorly handled the situation here, total failure from when the order was given till its delivery. I asked for compensation and I was not given any. Seems like KFC's greed is like a bottomless pit, zero customer service, poor expertise in handling such cases. No courtesy call. I will not recommended KFC to anyone. Its a great shame.                               A call back was made by the outlet Manager and very professionally and courteously handled the situation and assured me that on my next orders, everything would be done perfectly. Since then I ordered food twice and I am some how satisfied on the word they kept.

                                This is to bring in your kind notice that I am a regular customer in Punjab and for your good knowledge I want to share that I had bad experiences in your stores at khanna, Patiala, kharar, elante mall chandigarh, every time I ask for normal rrs.20/- softy the staff is happy to say a big NO. I am observing this from last 1 year that whenever I visit and wanted to have softy every time the machine is out of order. Please look into the matter as I am fed up with these excuses.                                     We placed an order for zinger burgers, hot n crispy chicken and few other things from KFC store located in sec 47 Gurgaon. I placed my order on 9:30 pm and did not get my order even after 2 hours. I kept on calling the customer care and every time I was promised a call back from delivery guy or store manager but not got even a single call. Finally I received my order, I found the chicken pieces are over cooked and burnt. I straight away told the delivery guy to dial the manager number and let me speak with him. I was shocked when he told me that he is aware about the chicken pieces are overcooked and still he let them delivered. Horrible experience. No more KFC for me from now on. I am surprised that they hire such ill-trained and immature and let them manager the whole store. I guess KFC is not able to cater properly to huge Indian demand and deteriorating their quality and services.

                                      I would like to know what is the KFC policy for delivery if someone places an order for home delivery. KFC Guwahati, Assam upon ordering for home delivery within a radius of 3 km said that they will take more than an hour. So after ordering what is the time stipulated for delivery? All the advertisements have let me to believe that time allotted is 30 minutes. All over the world do you follow this policy or is it so special in Guwahati that they donot provide within 30 minutes? Secondly, offers like LIFE TIME FREE CARD for KFC consumers are available in Guwahati or not? what is the condition where you offer such benefit to the local consumers? or is it for Americans only as it is an American company? Your service is different from what you show or pretend to have and fool customers like us. Yes, please I would like to hear from you soon regarding my queries.

                                        We visited Pacific Mall today and ordered 06 PC BUCKET under: BILL NO B00007253 DTED 12/04/2105 TIME 6:11 PM PAX 1 CASHIER KAJAL But to our dismay and disbelief we only received 04 pieces when we checked our deliver order at home which is cheating and deceiving the customer who is not getting what one is paying for. We lodge a strong protest at this case of clear case of cheating a customer and we will never ever go to KFC again.
