Its a shame that a billion dollar company like KFC cannot deliver an order on time.The delivery done by KFC Preet Vihar is obnoxiously poor, as I had encountered similar experience twice in the past one year when the food was not delivered on time.Had to call thrice today (19th April 2015), had spoken to shift manager Ravi and he just apologized by saying due to heavy volumes the delivery was late, delivery was made at 10:30 PM ( 19th April 2015) and the food was ordered at 9:25 PM(through Internet). It took more than an hour just to deliver two zingers, my niece who came to visit me with her parents wanted to have one but could not stay any longer as they had to leave. Really pathetic service. I have spent over Rs 50000 in the past 10 years on KFC products and this is the kind of service I am being given. The shift manager poorly handled the situation here, total failure from when the order was given till its delivery. I asked for compensation and I was not given any. Seems like KFC's greed is like a bottomless pit, zero customer service, poor expertise in handling such cases. No courtesy call. I will not recommended KFC to anyone. Its a great shame.

Complaint marked as Resolved A call back was made by the outlet Manager and very professionally and courteously handled the situation and assured me that on my next orders, everything would be done perfectly. Since then I ordered food twice and I am some how satisfied on the word they kept.
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
