i ve been a patron of kfc for almost a decade now so it was quite natural toorder from kfc when i recently moved to HSR layout, bangalore. To my surprise i found the staff to be rude and pushing the customers to buy what is available rather than what they want from the menu. however i let it pass by as it was the first time. my subsequent visits and deliveries carried worsening experiences, v wree asked to weight for 30 minutes n the staff would come back to say they need another 30 minutes to prepare the order the home deliveries were even worse taking upto 90 minutes to be delivered. The managers mr. nitin and mr. vinay were of least help. they just shifted blame rudely onto other customers. if kfc cannot fix this outlet its better to put out a sign saying "order your food a day earlier".

    Its a shame that a billion dollar company like KFC cannot deliver an order on time.The delivery done by KFC Preet Vihar is obnoxiously poor, as I had encountered similar experience twice in the past one year when the food was not delivered on time.Had to call thrice today (19th April 2015), had spoken to shift manager Ravi and he just apologized by saying due to heavy volumes the delivery was late, delivery was made at 10:30 PM ( 19th April 2015) and the food was ordered at 9:25 PM(through Internet). It took more than an hour just to deliver two zingers, my niece who came to visit me with her parents wanted to have one but could not stay any longer as they had to leave. Really pathetic service. I have spent over Rs 50000 in the past 10 years on KFC products and this is the kind of service I am being given. The shift manager poorly handled the situation here, total failure from when the order was given till its delivery. I asked for compensation and I was not given any. Seems like KFC's greed is like a bottomless pit, zero customer service, poor expertise in handling such cases. No courtesy call. I will not recommended KFC to anyone. Its a great shame.     A call back was made by the outlet Manager and very professionally and courteously handled the situation and assured me that on my next orders, everything would be done perfectly. Since then I ordered food twice and I am some how satisfied on the word they kept.

      This is to bring in your kind notice that I am a regular customer in Punjab and for your good knowledge I want to share that I had bad experiences in your stores at khanna, Patiala, kharar, elante mall chandigarh, every time I ask for normal rrs.20/- softy the staff is happy to say a big NO. I am observing this from last 1 year that whenever I visit and wanted to have softy every time the machine is out of order. Please look into the matter as I am fed up with these excuses.         still getting no response from your outlets, ...even after making the payment online.they dont even picking our calls as well.and the most important thing is that i am in Bangalore...u guys if cant able to serve us in place like banglore then definitely you are giving a negative feedback to your most important costumer .thanks a lot.

          We placed an order for zinger burgers, hot n crispy chicken and few other things from KFC store located in sec 47 Gurgaon. I placed my order on 9:30 pm and did not get my order even after 2 hours. I kept on calling the customer care and every time I was promised a call back from delivery guy or store manager but not got even a single call. Finally I received my order, I found the chicken pieces are over cooked and burnt. I straight away told the delivery guy to dial the manager number and let me speak with him. I was shocked when he told me that he is aware about the chicken pieces are overcooked and still he let them delivered. Horrible experience. No more KFC for me from now on. I am surprised that they hire such ill-trained and immature and let them manager the whole store. I guess KFC is not able to cater properly to huge Indian demand and deteriorating their quality and services.

            I would like to know what is the KFC policy for delivery if someone places an order for home delivery. KFC Guwahati, Assam upon ordering for home delivery within a radius of 3 km said that they will take more than an hour. So after ordering what is the time stipulated for delivery? All the advertisements have let me to believe that time allotted is 30 minutes. All over the world do you follow this policy or is it so special in Guwahati that they donot provide within 30 minutes? Secondly, offers like LIFE TIME FREE CARD for KFC consumers are available in Guwahati or not? what is the condition where you offer such benefit to the local consumers? or is it for Americans only as it is an American company? Your service is different from what you show or pretend to have and fool customers like us. Yes, please I would like to hear from you soon regarding my queries.

              We visited Pacific Mall today and ordered 06 PC BUCKET under: BILL NO B00007253 DTED 12/04/2105 TIME 6:11 PM PAX 1 CASHIER KAJAL But to our dismay and disbelief we only received 04 pieces when we checked our deliver order at home which is cheating and deceiving the customer who is not getting what one is paying for. We lodge a strong protest at this case of clear case of cheating a customer and we will never ever go to KFC again.

                Yesterday (9/4/15) me and my wife visited kfc in sector-3, rohini there my wife ordered 1 zinger meal, 2, chicken snakker, 2 pcs hot wings, regular Pepsi, , and a French fries.first off all the guys are making fun of each other and not taking order seriously, and our order take around 30 min to assemble after asking that how much time it will take .and the worst part is when we receive our order it look so tacky and worst assemble .Mr.Ramesh is the person who is taking the order .and when i call the resturant manager Mr.Arvind he start arguing with my wife regarding zinger burger .i was so surprised that yum resturant india pvt ltd hire such manager for their restaurant's who have no manners to how to talk to a lady .pathetic experience in kfc really because i have visited so many kfc but sector-3 store was pathetic.details attached.my name is vaibhav and my contact number is [protected].

                  This is to bring to your kind attention that I ordered 8 pc Fiery Bucket at 2120IST and paid online where the order delivery time was shown as 2150IST. I even received a text after 15 minutes of ordering that my order is out for delivery. But to my and my guest's surprise the order didn't arrive even until 2205IST and he left as he had a night shift in office. Finally the order arrived at 2215IST i.e. 25 minutes over delivery time and the delivery boy simply said, " Sorry sir, the fiery grill machine wasn't working. Someone must have informed you." I wanted to blast him off at that moment but did not do so as he was just a delivery boy. But what is wrong with KFC? Its an international brand that I have enjoyed for years globally and such unprofessional conduct is not at all acceptable. I want strict action against the person responsible both for late delivery and especially not informing me that the machine is not working so delivery will be late. That way, I could have cancelled my order and might have saved my face in front of my friend. Further, I want a complete refund of the order or a voucher for the same order that can be re-used when the machine is working and delivery is on time. Trust you will do the needful.                     Placed an online order[protected]placed on[protected]:20:17) ( New Bel Road Store ) Store called me after nearly 25 min to let me know that the burger is not available. Excuse given was of multiple orders from other customers. This is really unfair that I am getting an order I did not want and you are not able to refund. Also the burger given was cold. I am extremely unhappy with this treatment....

                    Yesterday, April 2nd of 2015, I went to KFC for a take away, in which i also ordered a crispy chicken piece. Once when I opened the box at home, to my surprise the chicken was only cooked at one side moreover the chicken had blood on it. Does that means you guys don't even wash the chicken properly, and also that the other chickens were also fried in the same oil as this. That is totally disgusting, think what would happen to people who would eat such thing. This is utterly nonsense. Place : Bengaluru Outlet : CMH Road Time : around 9:30 PM Date : 2nd April 2015. Do take notice or your brand will go down in this manner. For me I am sure I don't think I will be able to take a chicken from your outlet

                      I ordered a 6 piece KFC Bucket Chicken which had an offer (Wednesday offer) attached to it. But the meat that was delivered was bland and had no taste whatsoever. Is it right to alter the quality of food just because it is on offer? Is there any formal mechanism to lodge a complaint to KFC? And this is not the first instance that something like this has happened. If you cannot deliver good quality food, please do not make such offers to the public. I reside in Ambattur, Chennai, TamilNadu. The store that delivered the meat is situated in Wavin, Chennai, TamilNadu. The order number was[protected].

                        For a team event, I bought food items from KFC outlet at DLF 1 Rajarhat, Kolkata (store code 344). The printing on the food bill was so poor that it almost vanished in 10 days - listing of items, their prices, total bill amount are no more visible. I requested the store to issue a duplicate bill so that I could reimburse the amount from my company. However, to my great disappointment, they declined to issue the duplicate bill. Even I asked the store manager that he could keep the original from me if required to issue the duplicate bill. But they stuck to their stubborness telling it's not possible because server was at Delhi and so and so bad excuses. They have also wrote and sign on the back of the bill that they couldn't issue any duplicate bill. I need the legible bill of 14-Mar-2015 to reimburse the food expenses from my company.

                          I have been enjoying KFC wide range of delicious products from a longer time. I recently moved to Indore Madhya pradesh. Today I went into KFC at malhar mall, Indore where I was served chicken snacker which was not the one expected from KFC. Firstly its bread was stale and lower bread was hard to bite and seemed to be slightly burnt. The chichen inside was also not hot but was extremely hard and tasteless to eat. I asked the manager over there to guide the chefs as a they are damaging the reputation of KFC and I came out and promised my friends of never come to this store agan.

                            It is with great regret that I am writing this mail to you as I want to bring to your kind notice the deficiency of services on the part of your company. The facts behind my grievances are as follows: That I have been a loyal customer of your fast food products since 6 years and I have frequently visited your outlets in Delhi NCR throughout. That on the eve of New Year as usual I visited your outlet in Lajpat Nagar and got E-coupon codes through text message wherebyI was entitled to different discounts/benefits. That some of the said coupons were used by me in your different outlets in delhi and I was always given the benefit of the e-coupons. That the validity of the said coupons was from January 2, 2015 to June 30, 2015. That I had already utilised 4 e-coupons by virtue of which i Got 50% discount on fiery grilled bucket and also the coupon of buy one zinger and get one free. Further, there were 6 coupons which were never used by me. That on 22 March, 2015 I alongwith my fiancé had gone to Great India Place, Noida and I promised to take her for adventure sport as she met me after a very long time and she enjoys adventure sport. That before going for the adventure sport she told me she was hungry and wanted to eat something. Since, I had KFC e-coupons I took her to KFC devyani International Ltd. Outlet located at Shop No.37, The Great India Place. Sector -38-A, Noida as I was pretty sure that I was entitled to the discounts and that it will be cost effective to eat there as I had to save money for the adventure sport. That to my utter shock the outlet manager told the executive on the counter that they dont accept coupons. When I insisted, he told me to write the coupon code on a piece of paper and that he will check it. I gave him two codes. He came back within a minute and said these coupon codes are not valid. I showed him the message and i was shocked to hear this. Then he asked me for more coupons. I gave him two more e-coupons. Again he came back and said they have been used. That I told him to check it on the billing machine where they place the Order as i have always seen that after taking the order the ecoupon is applied to the amount and then only the discount is given. That he refused to check it in front of me and on that machine and gave a bizarre explanation that they use it online and check the coupons. I was left with no option, he humiliated me and I told him to give me in writing as I knew he was lying, so he refused to give in writing. He even misbehaved with me. That I recorded a video of him saying all this and also recorded the e-coupons which he said are invalid. That the same coupons are valid and can be used at any Outlet. That because of his misconduct and deficient service I was left with no option but to pay the whole amount and I was not given the discount/benefit which was my right. As i paid the whole amount, I could not take my Fiance for Adventure sport as I had a limited budget which got exceeded due to your deficient services. That a copy of three bills amounting to a total of Rs. 819 is being annexed with this email. That the coupon codes were KFCD28YD; KFCd23H7AZ; KFCD1F8TFY and KFCD7AJ868. Please note that I am even ready to give an affidavit to that effect that these coupons have never been used by me. In view of the aforesaid I request you to kindly reimburse the total amount of Rs. 820 paid by me which is also reflecting in the Invoices attached with this email and/or give me Free Vouchers/Coupons worth Rs. One Thousand which can be redeemed at any KFC Outlet in Delhi/NCR.

                              REFERENCE ONLINE ORDER NO:[protected]. ORDER WAS PLACED AT 20:00HRS WITH A DELIVERY TIME OF 20:35 FROM KFC KHOLI VILLA PLOT NO 13 S.V. ROAD TEL NO:[protected]. A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM no.[protected]@kfc.co.in was recieved via email at 20:00HRS FOR THE SAME. AT 2100 HRS AS I HAD NOT RECIEVED THE ORDER I CALLED THE NUMBER ASSIGNED [protected]. MR ALI ASKED ME FOR MY PHONE NUMBER, MOBILE NUMBER, NAME AND THEN INFORMED ME THAT MY ORDER NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST. A FEW MINUTES LATER THE SHIFT MANAGER CALLED AND INFORMED ME THAT THE DELIVERY BOY WAS PASSING SANTACRUZ MILAN SUBWAY AND THAT THE ORDER WOULD BE DELIVERED IN SOME TIME. AS I OBJECTED TO THIS DELAYED SERVICE A STORE MANAGER DHNANJAY CALLED UP AT 2125 AND INFORMED ME THAT MY RESIDENCE WAS NOT IN HIS STORE DELIVERY AREA!! HE LATER CLAIMED THAT THE ORDER WAS CONFIRMED DUE TO A TECHNICAL ERROR.. A BUNCH OF LIARS IN THIS OUTLET!! FROM A STORY OF NO ORDER .. TO IT BEING ON THE WAY TO FINALLY THE ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED!!! THE STORE MANAGER IS THE BIGGEST LIAR AS I HAD ORDERED ON 20/3/15 FROM KFC ONLINE AND MY ORDER ([protected]) WAS DELIVERED BY THE SAME OUTLET!!! THATS TWO DAYS BACK!! THESE STAFF SHOULD BE PENALISED AND KFC MUST RECRUIT BETTER STAFF THAN LIARS. WE PAY FOR OUR ORDER, THEY DONT PAY US!!

                                We were visiting India for a couple of weeks and went to KFC for lucnh. This store was in Rajpur road, Dehradun. The crew member serving us called Harpreet was very rude to start with and told us that they are serving zinger meals with hot wings and that the company has discontinued fries with the meals!!! which was bizarre as there were no POPs for it and barely any advertisements! Then we were forced to buy chips separately as that's what we wanted!! After finishing our meals we spoke to the manager about this who at this point couldn't give us a valid reason as to why this change happened and since when did this start! I found it ridiculous how the manager running the store at that point couldn't answer a simple querry made by a customer! For such a big change I would expect the company to have better reasons!! Not to mention all the KFC store that we went to while our trip to india, the crew were REALLY RUDE and there was barely any focus on cutomer service!! Problems like this are ruining the name of such big international brand name!!! Somebody needs to take this seriously and sort it out!! I would like a response soon before I take this further!

                                  I place an order at B 61, Priya Cinema Building, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi 110057 which is just 10- 15 mins away from my address( Munirka), I was being informed that they don't deliver at the area as per the policy, which is not appropriate answer. I'm not living in a jungle where people cannot access.

                                    On 11/3/2015 I have placed an order through online to KFC Mangalore Kadri Branch, worth of Rs. 498.06, After waiting for more than an hour, when I contacted the local KFC outlet they were telling that there is no order placed by me. But the said amount has been debited from my hdfc bank account thru net banking with vide reference narration (BHDF[protected]-billdkYumRestaurants) with transaction ref[protected] for Rs. 498.06. I have made the complaint online twice thru Akosha complaint forum and another complaint to KFC complaint forum. But its already more than a week, so far not even a single person contacted me. Wherever I contacted to your customer care team, Im totally disappointed. I am treated with negative response from the customer care staff. This is the way KFC treating the customer.                                       Respected SIR/MAM i should compliant water the water supply in kfc bareilly. they will take vat and service's charges but when a customer asked a cup of water they will say no water and told you buy a bottle of water.. thank you pawan singh srms, cet, -bareilly
