I am a food critic and a food blogger.
As we all know the standard of food in kfc and the cheerful service provided by the cashier, it was very disappointing to experience bad quality of food and very unprofessional not friendly service not once but couple of times. The chicken was very dry and cold and the burger bread was just falling apart showing that it was not at all fresh. The cashier was lost in listening to other things around while taking the order due to which i had to order same menu 3 to 4 times. Bel road banglore outlet really needs a lot of improvement. None of our family members or friends are ready to go there ever again
