KFC India — Refund and abusive behaviour of delivery executive

I have had a horrific experience with your Pune NIBM road branch.

I placed order and paid

I was then made to wait for an hour after which i was informed that the order was cancelled.

After 15 min i again received a call saying that order was being delivered

Delivery guy called me from society entrance and said that he refuses to sign in to the society log. He started yelling and saying that security guards should be trained to make entries on his behalf. Society guard complained to management that the KFC delivery man was very abusive and even I noticed this behaviour.

After 10 minutes of abusing the guard, your delivery man, Mr Aslam Pathan[protected] left without delivering the food.

I called the KFC helpline who told me that my refund would be processed in 7 days. It is now 10 days and i have still not received the refund. Also i was assured to receive a call from the store in order to resolve the offensive behaviour of your delivery man. That did not happen either.

I have again called the KFC helpline today who refuse to escalate this problem and tell me that only the local store can resolve the issue.

I am aghast at the impunity with which you people are mistreating and cheating clients.

Please resolve asap
