I placed an order on 22/04/2023 via tha KFC app. Then I received a call from the KFC store (KFC DEVLI, Deoli Rd. Khanpur, New Delhi) that my order can't be delivered as my location wasn't serviceable so they're cancelling my order. They said that as I've paid for my order via debit card my refund will be processed within 7-10 days. They asked for my transaction details on WhatsApp so that they can initiate my refund. It's been 20 days now and still I haven't received my refund amount. I tried calling the customer care but it doesn't connect. I've also written to KFC in the feedback portal & e-mailed to their grievance redressal team as well but still I haven't received any response. When i called at the store and asked them about my refund they said that it's showing as processing in their system and they have no clue when or whether the amount will be refunded.
So I request you to please process my refund as soon as possible.
