On 24Oct 2021, i placed a KFC order online for which i paid online via UPI using my Paytm app, with kotak bank. The amount got deducted for, but the order wasn't placed then. And thus i have no order confirmation. But the customer care says order was successful and Kotak needs beneficiary account bank statement Was this information helpful? | |||
