Hi, I was placed the KFC order in kfc App on 9th march 2023 at 12:40pm - 12:45pm. By mistakenly i was placed Pick-up(HSR -Mall)instead of Delivery home. then i called to customer care i was required to delivery to home. CC they denied and they have given HSR- Restaurant Contract number. i called to HSR- Restaurant with order number: K226O18252, but they told order is not received and in app also its not reflecting also but i received the mail. they again i called to CC team and i cancelled the order but they told me to wait 7days to 12 days but i didn't received any confirmation mail or notification of refunded and cancellation of order. need the order and help me out...
