I ordered a Zinger box meal worth ₹381 twice which evaluates to ₹762 via the KFC app. The money got deducted but the order was not placed. Soon after I received 2 emails from KFC stating a refund transaction id and a reference number. I tried contacting KFC customer service via the mentioned email and also the phone number but there has been no reply and neither has the money been credited in my account.
FYI, the email mentioned that the refund will be completed within 5-7 days and it's already the 5th day but I haven't yet received any refund nor any communication from KFC even after repeated emails and calls. Was this information helpful? |
