KFC India — Refund not credited

I placed an order through the kfc app on 4th november but my order was not placed but the money was deducted.I paid using upi. I went to the nearest kfc and discussed on this matter, they told me that my money will be refunded in the next 48 hours but that never happened i even tried to contact kfc through their customer care number but it was of no use.I request you to resolve my issue asap
