KFC India — Refund not received

I was charged twice for my order at KFC Nehru Place on[protected] at 11:56 am. I received my order and the store mentioned that since I have been charged twice the refund will be reflected in my account within a week.

No further communication was made and I have not yet received my refund of Rs 1020.12. The KFC online website is not replying to my queries and it is not helping.

Kindly help me with getting my refund back. I am enclosing a screen shot of the payment made- which is not refunded.
