Hi, I would like to make a complaint against KFC India. On 17th Oct 2021, I had ordered 2items (through KFC India website) and made the payment of Rs.809.01 through paytm service on their website. The amount of Rs.809.01 got debited from my bank account but then the order wasn't accepted. I didn't receive any msg or email from Kfc related to my order. I called kfc India customer care many times but nobody picked up. I have also filled your contact form so many times on your website but nobody contacted me. So, I contacted the paytm customer care, they said the issue is with the kfc India so I need to contact them. But how can I contact KFC india as I tried to do so but unable to reach customer care. Ok. I have called kfc customer care and even filled their contact form so many times but I haven't heard anything from them.
I hope they resolve this issue here.

had ordered a meal from kfc and paid with the help o[censored]PI the amount from the account is debited but haven't received the confirmation of the order nor received the amount back. Please look in to this matter as the kfc helpline numbers never respond.
