KFC India — refund of money on cancel order

I gave a online order of rs. 674.32/- on 06/06/2018 (Wednesday) through my account (Sbi transaction no. Nsbi[protected]igadrdptv1). After half an hour of order, kfc representative informed me (Mobile no. [protected]) that my order was placed on durgapur by mistake and money will be refunded shortly. Till date i did not get my money back as order was cancelled. Please help me out from this situation and refund me my amount.
