KFC India — Refund on order not fulfilled

Paid at KFC counter, didn't get food nor refund.

Around 2 pm, 18 December 2023, I went to the KFC in nehru place metro station and ordered a 4 piece pack which costed 419rs after taxes and paid via paytm UPI. The payment was successful and instant from my side but they said that the machine in counter did not show they recieved it I waiting 10 mins but they still said no money recieved and then one of the girl at counter gave me her number and then said that I should wait for 24 hrs and then send my email and transaction details on the said number.

I walked away and fast forward 24 hrs I send the required details and tell her about the whole problem once again, she asks for my email but now it's another day and I haven't received any update from them.

I still have proof of payment
