Not accepting gift card post 9 pm

Address: KFC CG road Ahmedabad

KFC CG road Ahmedabad branch has denied to accept my KFC gift card by saying that we are not accepting gift cards post 9 pm as their IT person left for the day... This is not my problem, I can't visit store as per there time table... You need to train all staff for gift card redemption....

Order not received but money deducted

On 23rd April i used the KFC app to order. I made payment through debit card but the payment screen was not responding and after some tume order failed but the money was deducted from my account. When i called their helpline they told me to order again and that the failed order money would be refunded. It has been a week and i have contacted both the company helpline and the store itself but no one informs me when i would receive my refund...

Payment done but order failed, still no refund

I placed my order from the kfc app on 19 april 2022, i did the payment through UPI, i payed the amount but the order failed. So i applied for a refund but still didnt get it. The customer care executive gave me a number to contact the manager but my calls were not answered. I want my refund...

Refund request- Order not Placed but money got deducted from Bank account

Hi Team KFC,
On 14th April at 09:03 pm, I had was trying to place an order via KFC App, Money of rs : 530.01 got deducted from my bank account through GPay UPI, but order was not placed successfully. I spoke to the restaurant who asked me to check online for refund request via KFC app. However, Could not find any option to put a request for refind in the KFC App. So, this request in this forum is for the refund of my case of order...

Drinks refill policy

They are working against their company policy, of drinks refill policy, the staffs are shouting while we ask for the drink refill. They are telling that the policy is not valid for indian market, and we had very bad experience with KFC...

KFC KFC order SMS received which I haven't ordered

I got the below SMS and for the order that I never placed., How did someone get my number?
Why and how did this happen. ?
Yay! Your KFC order number [protected] is confirmed. Hot & Crispy food will be ready for express pick up in 7 minutes.

Voila! Your KFC express pick up order is ready in 2.972 minutes. Show receipt at the 'Pick-up counter'. Happy Crunching!

Unethical Behavior & Insult from order taking Staff.

On 12/03/22 me along with my family came to KFC Selex East Mall, East Fort, Pallikkulam, Thrissur, Kerala at 8.20 PM. I have ordered a Classic Chicken Biriyani, 2 Chicken Burgers, Regular Fries and a Coke. The bill was 695. I gave the staff a 2000 rupee note immediately he was arguing with me telling we don't allow you to pay in cash and you can cancel your order, he told me if you pay in cash he will not give me balance. He was totally insulting...

Stale Chicken Zinger Burger

I ordered 2 chicken zinger burgers (from Outlet: KFC bungalow road, Delhi-110007, India) on 4th March 2022 for me and my friend. With the very first bite, the chicken tasted stale. It tasted so bad and stale that we couldn’t even finish eating it. Within 2-3 hours of consuming the burger, both o[censored]s got severe indigestion, loose motion, vomiting and abdominal cramps. This happened because of the chicken, which was definitely not fresh!...

I am complaining about receiving unnecessary Messages from KFC India

I received a message from VM-KFCCHK Saying that my KFC express order is ready in three minutes 16 seconds And I can collect that order from a pick up counter of KFC showing the receipt which was with the name of my dad, I got in the link Given In the message itself, I think it was a fraud message and since I opened that message I am worried that it might hack my phone details because I didn’t order...

Delayed order delivery and misleading with wrong messages

I have ordered through app at 8.00 pm and got messes will be delivered in 43 min after 5 min recieved mesage order was out for delivery at 8.10pm but still 9.00pm i havenot recieved my order and then I have called to kfc branch to enquiry they said that food is with them only and that message will be default sent by system such a worst tracking system is maintaining by multinatinal company it's shame to you...

Online Order using KFC App.. Outlet denied delivery

Hello !!!
I had a worst experience today (31st December 2021) and never expected such kind of pathectic support system from top brand like KFC.
I ordered ultimate savings bucket and chicken zinger using KFC app and choosed pickup option as delivery was not available. I paid the amount using paytm and i got confirmation SMS that my order has been successfully placed along with pickup time. I rushed to the outlet just to hear...

Complaint regarding Refund

On 21st of november 2021 i made a payment for order online with kfc, i made the payment through paytm . The payment was deducted from my bank and the order was not confirmed . I contacted customer care and was advised to mail “kfc.[protected]@sapphorefoods.in” regarding the same . I am still waiting for my refund as whenever i try to contact the store they tell me to wait. I have ordered food items in KFC app via Guest login and made a payment(Rs.1128.03/-) to KFC through Phonepe UPI...In Phonepe transaction was successfully completed but coming to KFC app transaction declined due to technical error. Now the thing is amount got debited from my account & successfully credited to merchant's account successfully under UTR[protected]...Could you please check & get my amount back....
