It's been more than a month since I have placed an order and not received it. Though I paid through UPI beforehand have asked for a refund. No response whatsoever and no refund yet....

I was order food from KFC restaurant, land mark opposite to R.C School, Trichirappalli, Tamilnadu, India. But not received my food order. Amount was deducted from my account through UPI Online. Please find the issue and rectify me refund my money....

I have ordered for Pick Up from KFC ( Order No #6611D[protected]

From KFC Mumbai Oakwood Nalasopara. on 27 May 2023 At:- 9:53 PM.

I wanted this order to deliver but wrongly got set in Pick-Up.

I Tried calling [protected] nobodies picked up the call there was just auto answer machine.

I also tried to cancel the order (but was not able to cancel it.

I have not picked...

I ordered online by the KFC app on 7/06/2023 and completed the transaction from Paytm but it did not show on the KFC app, i tried again and this time it showed that my money is already deducted twice and KFC has no direct customer support to address these issues. I paid twice and only 1 order is received.Highly disappointed...

I have visited kfc perambur branch on 24/05/2023 in the payment section money has debited but the order not placed. even the receipt for my card payment has come but order has not placed. then we place another order using money. The following message has sent to my WhatsApp.

On 17.5.23 food was ordered and amount paid rs 818. Due to technical issue from the KFC server. Order confirmation came later order cancelled and message was received that refund will happen in 7-10 days. After 12 days since the amount had been deducted. No message on refund received.Amount didn't refund till now...
