[Resolved] KFC India — Reg payment failed

Hi,
I have placed my order on may 8th of 2021 in KFC porur branch
My payment was failed but amount was debited and I have made payment via phone Pe
When I contacted my bank, they were telling amount was transferred successfully but when I called merchant amount was not transferred
Finally I made a track of merchant account with the help of phone pe,
They confirmed with merchant that my order was successfully delivered

On may 8th I don't get any order from KFC

I'm really frustrated

I called on may 8th to KFC They stated we don't receive order or payment from me I have sent multiple mail and I called customer service of KFC but unable to get solutions Please check and revert back my money

KFC India Customer Care's response Hi, this shouldn't have happened. Kindly drop in your contact number, email ID, restaurant details, order ID, order amount, transaction ID, date, mode of payment and payment reference on [protected]@yum.com, our team will surely help you with the refund.
