Place of process of food : Banashankari, FIT NO.7, Ground floor, 100ft Ring Road, 5th block, 3rd stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
I have ordered the food but the delivery boy was unable to find the address. I waited for 1 1/2 hour and also guided him the address. Finally I told him to wait at place to receive the order myself. But he even didn't wait and cancelled the order without informing me. I totally disappointed with service. He told that I will get refund in 4 days. It's been 15 days till today. Still not received any refund or any information about refund.
I am requesting for my refund... Hope I get it soon.
