KFC India — regarding payment done but not received order neither refund

This is regarding the order made through kfc app for total payable amount of ₹452. I have completed the payment for the same through phonepe gateway. But later i found no sign of order in the app. I tried contacting all kfc customer service provider but no one received the call. As far now i have mailed them tried to contact them for more than 100 times but i have received no response from them.

Total payment: 291.49.
Mode of payment: Google pay.
Rs 291.49 deducted from my SBI account.
KFC did not confirmed my order.
Payment accepted by yum restaurant Pvt Ltd India.

This KFC store at Vizag has been always dirty. Inspite of telling the manager many a times, no action has ever been taken. It continues to remain dirty always. Address is KFC ASILMETTA.
