KFC India — severe delay in the delivery and food is cold

I have ordered 12 boneless strips bucket today and the order number is 2111. After half an hour of ordering, store people called me and said there are no delivery boys available and it will take one hour time. But they took three hours to deliver and that too cold ones. Is this the way you deliver to the customers. Your service is pathetic. And the store people reaction when asked about the late for delivery is very. Please take the necessary action. I have done payment through online. Had i known that service is this bad, i wouldn't have even paid and in the first case i wouldn't even ordered from kfc. Being a reputed chain of outlets, standards should be maintained. I am seriously disappointed with this incident
